I am very upset at the moment. I’m always going to this great clips. I’ve been going as long as I can remember and they always do a great job yesterday. My stepdaughter and her boyfriend went in to get a haircut. My stepdaughter loves her hair granite. it’s really curly and she’s done stuff to it like dying it but she wanted hair trimmed And into a certain way she wanted some layers. I told her this place is amazing. I trust them with my hair So I told her about this place to go there did a wonderful job so she went yesterday. She signed her name in first and her boyfriend she did not get called first even though she signed her name first she was hoping to get the woman, but her boyfriend was called before her for the woman and she got the gentleman. She told the gentleman what she wanted and how she wanted it. He acted like he knew what he was doing this morning. I hear my stepdaughter crying because the way he cut her hair was just embarrassing. She is so embarrassed to go anywhere because this is not the haircut she wanted. I told her to call up there and explain to them what happened and they will fix it but she’s so embarrassed. She doesn’t even wanna go to work so today I am posting a one star and I’m just giving one star because well I personally like the place, but just one star because she does not like that place she trusted them with their hair for her to get it cut and I feel really bad because I told her that was a great place to go get a haircut at

Just want to thank Adam again, my hair hasn’t looked or felt this great in years. Him and his co worker(I think her name was Missy!) create a really welcoming & fun vibey atmosphere, I’m often nervous about going to salons but didn’t feel nervous here at all. Thanks again guys; I’ll be back !

Adam did great with my wiggly 2 year old. He was super friendly and had my little guy smiling the whole time. He was fast and the cut was so cute!

My first time here, and although my coupon didn't go through (I think), the price of the haircut is cheap for its quality! Tagged it now as my favorite barbershop. Missy (or Missly, I forgot sorry) was the best.

Wow they did a kickass job!!! Was so pleased with my haircut especially after being nervous because it’s hard to trust larger corporate barbers, but the ladies were very polite and kind very professional environment and very quick and wonderful haircut

Mr. Adam was WONDERFUL❗
I just got a haircut.
It was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and explained his vision for the best results for what I wanted.
My hair turned out FABULOUS.

(I put my hair in a ponytail wet after washing at home so the photos aren't the greatest. I played with it at home. 😉)

I come to the Great Clips on Mascoutah Ave in Belleville regularly. Adam is a wonderful addition to the team there as the manager and I’ve noticed such a wonderful difference. I am always amazed by how wonderful the staff is and how clean they keep the store. Great job-Chad J.
