The only problem I had was with Mike the pharmacist. The staff and the other pharmacist Josh were always polite and made me feel like I was not an inconvenience to them. I do take allot of medications but I need them and someone making me feel like an inconvenience I truly do not need that stress on top of all my other medical issues. There are many options for pharmacies in the area and if I were you definitely try them before this pharmacy.

I really can't say enough about how much I love getting my prescriptions here. They answer the phone when you call, just like in the days of yore. They know who you are and what health conditions you have. I don't know of any other pharmacy that does it like this, and I love it. Their hours are a little shorter than a Walgreens or CVS, and I don't think they have online access, but the human touch makes up for that and then some. If you miss the experience of a small, family-owned pharmacy, this is it in Belleville. However, if you enjoy automated phone menus and overworked/undertrained/underpaid staff, by all means keep your scripts at CVS.

If you want an idea about how service used to be here is the place to go to get that idea. I don’t shop around they always have my medicine on hand and all the rest is incidental.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for over a year after getting frustrated by delays at CVS and experiencing how poorly CVS treats their understaffed staff. The Hideg team has been great! Super friendly, quick, and a great locally-owned neighborhood business!

Joe and Aubrey was cool nice and friendly. Joe talked with me on the phone. Aubrey went the extra mile. So I purchase two pillows for my wife. Thanks again guys. She loves the pillows.

I started using them a few years ago and wish I had switched earlier. They are faster than big name pharmacies,and they have lots of supplies you can't find elsewhere. Very friendly workers as well.
