Moving here from another state only 4 months ago-we don’t really have knowledge of the area yet, but when I wrecked my car and the insurance company gave me shops to pick from I went with the one with the best reviews and I have to say Steve’s is a great place-honest and kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service is spectacular. I definitely recommend.

Terrible a Rude manager who should not be because he likes to call customers liers when we have proof they messed with the rear cross alerts on our vehicle then didn't put it back or messed them up. It worked fine til they messed with it. I used it earlier that same day I dropped off ,now it don't work at all. I'm not happy with this company at all.

The crew at Steve's Auto Body were very professional and just nice! I appreciated that because when people bring their jacked up cars to an auto body shop, they are usually going through it and kindness always helps! I appreciate ya'll!

The crews at Steve's in both O'Fallon and Belleville are second to none. We have taken all of our vehicles to Steve's following torando/hail damage. They worked with the insurance company with no issues and the repair work on the vehicles was flawless. They are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone in the Metro East.

Steve's Auto Body in Belleville is FANTASTIC!! Very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I have gone to them twice now and both experiences were wonderful. They guided me through challenging situations and did amazing work repairing my car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our Toyota Sienna broke down (hit the exploded tire of a semi-truck) passing through the St. Louis area on our way back home to SC. This happened around 5pm just before Easter weekend, so terrible timing. We contacted multiple auto shops and thankfully got in touch with Steve's. They gladly took us in, gave us advice on how to deal with repairs out of state (DIANE IS OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL), and kept us informed every step of the way. When our van was repaired, they offered to hold onto it until we could fly back out to pick it up. Brandy is top-tier. This place is amazing and we are so grateful for them. If we are ever passing through again, we'll be sure to stop in just to say thanks!
