Went to customer service for help and Ian at the service desk today was not helpful and rude. Usually the workers are more than helpful. Frustrating!

I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Sam. I handed the associate Sam my paperwork with my ID for my order. She never greeted me just looked at the computer. She found my first item and then told me my items were probably in the same box. The first item she gave me was floor trim and my second item was panel flooring. I told her what the item was. She looked three times and then told me she didn't see it.
I asked her if my order of flooring could possibly be in the flooring department, she then ignored me. She went back to searching on the computer. She never informed me what was going on with the item. An associate walked up and Sam pointed to the computer and said she couldn't find the order. The Associate went back and found my flooring. The other associate was kind and even helped me put it on the cart. I thanked both associates and Sam never said a word. Sam continued to ignore me, like it was such a hassle for a customer to want an order. That the store called to inform me was ready.
I then asked where the drywall was located, Sam completely ignored me and walked away. Her rude and unwelcoming attitude has damaged my perception of this store, and I will not be back. Nor will I spend any more of money here. I tried to speak with a manager in store about the associate Sam's attitude, but the manager was busy. I was told this by an associate. I tried to call the store back, but again was told a manager was not available. I am remodeling my house and will be avoiding The Home Depot for my needs. There's way to many choices to shop from then to be treated so poorly after spending your money.

Do NOT include delivery if you NEED an appliance!!!! They have rescheduled my refrigerator delivery twice now! I have been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks! They did give me a $127 credit to compensate for eating out but that barely covers 1 day! If you need something delivered, go somewhere else!!'

Extremely unsatisfied. After combing the hardware aisle multiple times not finding the size screw I needed, I asked 4 different workers for help and all were clueless. It's a shame they hire people to just wander around who have no clue what the store sells or it's layout.

Purchased a refrigerator,got free delivery and paid for my old one to be hauled away. The new appliance was delivered on 7/11,the guys were very unprofessional and rude. They gouged my floor and my doorway. When they realized that the door(s) of the refrigerator would have to be taken off to get into my kitchen they were put-off by it . They stood and looked at me like I was supposed to do it. They then informed me they couldn't take my old one because the truck was full. I was told they were scheduling me for a pick up on Sat. I wasn't going to be home so I had to put it on the front porch. Sunday morning and the fridge is still there,we call and were told that basically I was lied to about the pick up on Sat. I was then scheduled for a pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday. My refrigerator wasn't picked up until Thursday afternoon,a week after I purchased it. I was refunded some money the issue is you guys need to get it together when it comes to delivery
