“Service from Katherine and Sue was great. State Farm overall has become a waste of money. Anytime you use your coverage, the premiums increase. I only filed 1 claim for hail damage. I moved to TX and had to switch offices and the premium went up 30 more dollars. I have been with State Farm for years. This is insane. I was able to get the same coverage thru Progressive for close to the same amount I was paying in IL.”

“I am giving 5 stars b/c I know how it affects a business however, I didn't realize I already had to know all about the insurance industry already. It was kind of like thrown in to the dogs. Most of what was talking about I had no ideas what the terms even are. So maybe I am stupid or maybe I really did need to have been in the industry already. Maybe I was in the wrong class. I don't know. I know it is mostly learning how to pass the class so that I what I am studying right now to take the test. The class was comprehensive on learning the types of questions that will be asked.”
