10/10-- The tow truck was there in 15 minutes! I've never had such good service. We didn't catch his name but the driver had a great sense of humor and a sweet ZZ Top beard. Hopefully we don't need another tow anytime soon, but we'd use Johnston again no questions.

My car was stolen. Illinois got it towed by these people and told me I didn’t need anything to pick it up. Well they charged me 500$ just to pick it up so I had to go through the insurance company for them to pay these money hungry rude people !

I had an incredibly stressful day yesterday with all the storms and had the run around with the tow companies my insurance company contracts with. I reached out to Johnston Towing and they were fantastic! Don and Darren arrived in a reasonable timeframe, were deeply knowledgeable and their tow charge was reasonable. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs some assistance in the STL/ Belleville area. They took care of us and went out of their way to take care of our vehicle that was vandalized while we were on vacation. The folks at Johnston Towing are some darn good folks !!

We've used them several times, including 4 hauls this week! Very nice, very reasonable and extremely easy to deal with. He showed up about a half hour both times we called! Definitely will always call them first!

I got rear-ended on 11/20 (Sunday) and my insurance company couldn't find a tow for me (boo Geico) so I was left to deal with it on my own. Came across Johnston Towing and was super pleased. They guy who took the call was very nice on the phone and even helped me get my personal items out of the trunk.Today I had to call them to arrange release to the insurance company and the young woman on the phone was polite, helpful and friendly.Service: Car towing

My car was impounded with all my tools in there I paid the release for the police department and they still wont let me get my tools in my personal belongings Every time I called up there the unregarded in my car the lady was rude and hung up and unprofessional somethings gotta be done about Johnsons Towing all they do is steal your stuff and money I would leave him and -10 stars but I have to leave one to post my review
