Didn’t even look at the car!! Called ahead was told to make sure we were there before 4 pm. Show up there is no place to park. The car we were to look at is in the shop getting a battery change. And has damage to the rear fender that we did not notice in the pictures on the website. Because of this we went inside to see if maybe they had two similar cars. The lady says she will tell the salesperson we are here which is the guy we already talked to. So when he comes in the building he is not happy. He says, “Yeah I already talked to you. I told you it was in the shop. “ when we questioned him about the damage he said we must have been looking at the wrong website and argued with me. When I proved to him that I was in the correct website. He said yeah well that’s the car.The pictures they took were purposely taken to avoid showing the damage to the vehicle. And he said ok so?When we left we thanked the lady in the building and the salesman for their wonderful customer service. She said thank you. LOL. Sarcasm Sheldon. Wouldn’t have stuck around at that point even if the car was perfect.

my friend bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva from the Fairview Heights location at the end of Dec. she put $3000,total price of car was $8200. Forty five days later (and after she's paid 2 car notes, the car completely stopped in the middle of the street. It took the car lot 4 days to tow the car back to their lot and then they told her it needed a timing chain which would cost her another $1300 to repair. They have had her "new" car in their shop for over a month. They finally agreed to let her pay $700 towards repairing the timing chain and they would add $100 to the remaining payments. She took the $700 and they called her 2 days later and said she needs a whole new motor. They say the oil ran out in the car. Now mind you, she only had the car for 45 days and it was never disclosed that their was an oil leak or any issues with the car. She asked them to either refund her money or exchange the car since they sold her a lemon and they refused both. She has since filed a claim with the BBB and will be contacting the Attorney General. Do not buy a car from these people. They are scamming people out of their money and selling lemons. They claim they only warranty the vehicle for 30 days. So now she is out of $3000 for the down payment, $500 for 2 car notes that were paid, and $700. And still has no car.

Scam artists and thieves! After my son put 1800.00 down on a used car, they stole the car! Told him to call police and they would trace it, then said they can't trace it. Police in stl believes it is there and if so, says they committed a crime with an illegal repo which could be car theft as well. We will be getting an attorney once it all unfolds.

The only bad thing about this car lot is that they don't sell new cars. Great customer service and you feel very comfortable.

**BEWARE **Online Inventory is a scam!!!Found a car on their online inventory. Called 5 times with no answer. Drove 40 miles to the lot and no one came outside. When I walked into the shack some guy sitting at the desk on his cell phone said "what do you want" when I inquired about the specific vehicle he told me "yeah we don't have any of our online vehicles, but I'll sell ya a blah blah blah" I decided to tell him exactly what I thought about his scam!

I just bought a 2011 Dodge Journey from these guys on March 29th. That evening the check engine light came on, and an oil light. Took it to get an oil change the next day. After the oil change was completed, the car lost power. Long story short, it needs an alternator. I put $2500 down and they tell me they won’t send a tow truck to take it back to the lot, and on top of that I have to pay for it to be fixed by them, the ppl who sold it to me. The mechanic and the “clerk” at the desk was very unprofessional and she even hung up on me. They won’t refund my money or let me trade it. I will be contacting a lawyer to see if this is in anyway legal.

Horrible place, complete scam artists. All the cars have serious issues, you'll be lucky to make it past the "30 day warranty". If you do have a problem before the 30 day warranty they will tell you they are backed up on work orders and can't get you in for 3 weeks then when they are "ready" to get your car in the shop it's way past the 30 day warranty.....nice little trick.
