Would give zero stars if possible. Technician lied to me about a failing alternator. Said there were $800 of repairs. Went to another shop and they determined there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. A year later the alternator is still going strong. These guys are crooks. I'm Never going back there and I advise others to stay away as well

I specifically asked for a leak down test based on my 12 years of driving the van. They decided to do their own diag thing without even calling me first. They were sure it was another issue, the rocker arms. Oddly though they wanted another $1500 just to confirm that. Well I took it apart myself and confirmed it was indeed not the rocker arms, lifters or cams. Now I still need a leak down test…

Initially, I wasn't going to say anything, but I have to now. I ended up having to redo their work that I payed them for. I couldn't adjust the headlights because they improperly mounted the header panel which they didn't bother to replace the stripped adjustment screws and replace the missing hardware. They told me I would have to adjust them myself after paying them an arm and a leg. I ended up going to a junkyard for a new header panel with hardware and adjustable screws for the headlights, and ended fixing their mistake myself. I also had them do the brakes but they didn't bother to reconnect the e brake, which by the way, left us stranded because the van wouldn't move after engaging the e brake. I'm really surprised they have such a high rating because this was the worst mechanic I ever had. I guess they had an off day and just didn't care for workmanship when they decided to work on my vehicle.

I had a nail in my tire. I called around and no one could help same day at 3:45pm. I called Belleville mission auto and they were able to accommodate me immediately even though they were busy. They got me in and out before they closed at 5pm. Lifesavers! Great price and so friendly. Truly a blessing for me that day.

Had a great experience at the Belleville location. They worked me in for an oil change with little notice. Staff was very communicative and friendly. They found a few issues on the vehicle which were anticipated, and they worked with us to repair those quickly with prices fair on the wallet.
