So take my 2012 Ford Edge to the experts right? Wrong... I'm a otr owner operator so I'm never home. This is my girlfriends car btw. She needed brake pads but of course let's put rotors on it right I get it. No problem. Granted I'm mechanically inclined and can do the work I know what the parts cost. But there pros right? My girlfriends 9 months pregnant I might add. The call say it's done I pay my $1300 bill for 4 rotors and pads. Get in leave pedal to the floor. It's like here we go these dummy's can't do a proper brake job like I figured. Give the car back. Still spongy pedal so let's replace calipers. Which makes no sense to me but ok. Then they wanna throw parts at it like they all do. So replace brake booster and master cylinder.?that's everything there's nothing else to replace except the hardlines. Which there's no fluid on the ground so hardlines are good. My girlfriend has to repeatedly call to ask about the status of her vehicle because they clearly think they can just jack around with your vehicle for a fing week and get no result and tell you yea we don't know what it is we just don't know. Professional????? Far from stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome shop. We broke down 6 hours from home on a family trip and they were able to squeeze us in to diagnose our truck. Once we figured out it needed major work they helped us get to a hotel so we could work other vehicle arrangements. I flew back into town a few weeks later to pick up the truck and they even picked me up from the local metro station. They were honest with the engine repairs and kept us updated the whole time.

This shop has very nice and super knowledgeable people! They are great because they troubleshoot, explain what the problem(s) are, what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. There is coffee, water, and treats available in the waiting area. They even drove me to base to my job so that they could work on my vehicle, then met me to drive me back when my vehicle was fixed. They do great work in great time. If you need your vehicle fixed by cool people you can trust, this is the place.

Amazing Experience. F-350 PowerStroke broke down hauling. Truck wouldn't turn over took it to them before 9:00am they had me running again before 5pm. Helped me get back home to my family. Travlers listen if you in the area and are having mechanical troubles they are the ones who will take good care of you. Do NOT short cut the service! Get it right the first time. Mission Accomplished stands behind their business. Give them a call you will not be disappointed!

Brought my car into the shop for an inspection in early June 2023. A tech took the car out for a 10-minute drive and returned with two repair options. Was told my cost for a repair would consist of labor and a replacement part. LABOR: Option 1 involved extensive labor. Option 2 involved minimal labor. PART: Required replacement part (a single brake dust shield for front axle/drivers side wheel assembly). I chose Option 2 for the labor portion of the repair and the required replacement part (gave permission to order the part; the shop marked-up their cost over 300% to sell it to me), and established a date to return for the actual repair work. After the completion of the repair (less than one hour labor), I was presented with a bill for three items: Inspection Charge, Labor, and Part. Based on the previous repair activity discussion with shops employee, and the information supplied to me on paper from the shop (with two items circledthe labor and the part), I was expecting two charges- the labor and the part, and not the charge for the initial inspection. I felt this ****************** and repair activity was a little dishonest in terms of business practice, and I left the shop after the repair work feeling bad since I was shown and told one cost scenario then was actually presented with another (high costing/different) scenario when my ticket was processed/closed. In my experience, auto repair shops do not charge customers for relatively simple inspections (e.g., a **** minute test drive) when the customer ultimately agrees to have the shop-defined and prescribed repair work performed at the shop. In my opinion, reputable auto repair shops do not describe and list on paper two charge categories at the time of repair appointment scheduling, then ask a customer to pay for three charge categories at the completion of the repair work. -RTL, military veteran; civilian employee- **************, **************; resident- *********, **

Happy customer here! A different shop had broken a lug nut bolt off when I got new tires a few days ago. The shop that it happened at only specialized in tires and wasn't able to do anything about the snapped off lug nut bolt. It was a bolt style that broke, not just the nut breaking off from a stud that could be individually replaced. I feared there would be 1 chance to drill it and tap it out without damaging any other parts. Mission Accomplished was able to get the broken end of the bolt free and with a new bolt in place, I was on my way in short order.Service: General repairs & maintenance

TRUE INTEGRITY! There's no way Ill go anywhere else for service if not under warranty. The owner of this establishment has true integrity. Long story short, my car continued to display the engine logo on the dashboard about a problem I was having after MA addressed it the first time. They realized the mistake that wasn't fixed when he previously worked on my vehicle and decided the work on my vehicle was free of charge...ALL $1500 worth. TRUE INTEGRITY!!! God is looking and he's proud! RECOMMEND

While traveling on the interstate, we realized that we had a wheel that had lost several studs & lug nuts, and was about to come off. After a Google search for tire shops near me, and calling 2 other places that said they couldn't fit me in, I called Mission Accomplished Tire & Auto. They said they could definitely help me and to bring it right in!They were incredibly friendly, fast, and very affordable!! I definitely recommend this shop!!

5 stars is not enough! My oldest's car broke down and I had no idea what to do. Mission Accomplished had been recommended in a group I belonged to and I called them. They got us in sooner than expected and the repairs were done quickly. As each new problem has sprung up, they have taken care of everything in a timely manner. As a woman, I've been taken advantage of so many times over the years, but that is not the case here. I know they will get the job done at a fair price. They are just good people all around.Services: General repairs & maintenance
