“Schaefer has been my choice shop for at least 5 years now. They're very honest and up front about everything, do great work, stand behind their work, and are reasonably priced.”

“We LOVE 1st class auto! Tyler and Kari has helped up since day one when I was doing research on where to take our Subaru outback. The first day I pulled in is when the Subaru exploded a brake line and I knew I was stuck there unless they could fix it. They built all new brakes lines and got me back on the road in no time and I knew I wanted to do business with them. I just had our Acura up there for a full brake service last week so now both our vehicles are professionally maintained! Brandon is a mechanic there and he really goes in depth with you over issues and is people friendly. We live out of town but the 40 min drive is worth it every time. We will always do business with 1st class, it’s like a second family now!”

“I really recommend this shop! Paul was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. I was told by a couple of shops that I was in need of an engine without doing a thorough diagnostic. I then took my car to Paul and saved thousands finding out the problem wasn’t exactly my engine. Thank you Paul. I will be doing business here again!”
“The Valvoline oil change location on North Belt West and West Main in Belleville, IL has earned their stars with me. When I say they got me in and out in record time which I so appreciate, because time is something I don't have a lot of most days. They were staffed and ready to handle the people. Thank you VIOC... you will always service my cars.”
“Super friendly place. I needed a used tire. I got one for a great price.I was in and out in about 30 mins. *They do change tires on box trucks. Alot of places in the area do not work on box trucks.”
“Que was the best!!!!!! She made sure everything was completely fine! I had a great experience I come back to her all the time 🩵🩵she made she I got my discount no problem”
“These guys were awesome, quick, and efficient. Came in with a hanging heat shield on my car and they helped get it sorted out. Even offered us ice cold water in the heat. Top tier service and attentiveness!”
“Had an appointment to get all 4 of my tires changed and to take my spare off of my car and back on my trunk. Showed up 15 minutes early and staff and trainees were super nice and helpful. Told me it would probably take an hour or so and that they were training a bunch of people which is understandable but it only took them about 45 minutes. Prepaid through the app so for me it was a very get in get out type of friendly service.”

“We have gone to North Belt Automotive for years and have had nothing but great experiences the whole time. They are honest and timely. We will not have anyone else work on our vehicles.”
