“We LOVE 1st class auto! Tyler and Kari has helped up since day one when I was doing research on where to take our Subaru outback. The first day I pulled in is when the Subaru exploded a brake line and I knew I was stuck there unless they could fix it. They built all new brakes lines and got me back on the road in no time and I knew I wanted to do business with them. I just had our Acura up there for a full brake service last week so now both our vehicles are professionally maintained! Brandon is a mechanic there and he really goes in depth with you over issues and is people friendly. We live out of town but the 40 min drive is worth it every time. We will always do business with 1st class, it’s like a second family now!”
“It took me a while to find an auto repair place I trust. I wouldn't go anywhere else now but here. They do great work, they are friendly and helpful. They don't try to add stuff to fix on your car like some places do. They are honest and that's hard to find these days. I would highly recommend them!!!!”

“I had my oil changed a few days before visiting Rowan T&A, & that business told me they couldn't get air in or out of one of my tires.
I went to Rowan T&A on a Saturday morning & told them I needed a valve stem replaced. The waiting room is roomy & they have a TV. I was seated maybe 2 minutes & the service tech came in, the gentleman behind the desk told him what I needed & we went out to my vehicle.
I told him what happened a few days before & he bent down, took my cap off & let a little air out of my tire. ?? I can't believe I didn't check it myself. He then checked to be sure there was no leak around the stem, & put air in all of my tires & told me to have a good day.
I will always go back there because of this one act of honesty. ??♀️”
“Oil tech showed me where an extra filter was in my vehicle that I had no idea about. He pulled it out and offered a replacement. I didn't take him up but it was the knowledge that he gave me outside of the oil service which was memorable and would definitely recommend and visit again.”
