Make sure your cabin air filter really needs to be changed before taking your vehicle here for any services, because mine didn't and they still tried to charge me $43.00 to have something replaced that didn't need to be replaced nor did I ask for it to be. When this place was owned by Joseph C. Oliver it wasn't good. I thought under new ownership it would be better. Maybe its not the ownership.

Took our minivan to this dealership for oil change. The quote online was one price for the services we needed. When we got the bill it was approx $50. The young lady said she would pay for the filter and we said fine. Then she said she would have the put the old filter back which made no since. The lack of integrity these workers have and lack of pride in providing quality services bewilders me. Will not be going back.

Ron in the service department took good care of us. We initially took our 2015 Durango R/T to Auffenburg Dodge in Shiloh , IL. We have a lifetime warranty on our Durango and they tried to quote us over $1000 for a new oil pan gasket! I called Ron at David Taylor and not only did he get me fixed and out the door for $300 but he also got my warranty company to pay for a new oil pan gasket as well as a new oil pan. The $300 was the deductible that I owed the warranty company so technically David Taylor made no money off of me. This is the service that I expect when I pay so much for a warranty. At Auffenburg they were trying to get Warranty money and also dip their hands in my pocket at the same time. It’s greedy businesses like them that give mechanic shops such a negative perception. Ron at David Taylor has shown me that they have our backs as customers. I’ll definitely be giving them a call when I’m ready for a new vehicle. Thanks again Ron!

I just has my oil change and tires rotate, and inspection on my 2018 Ram truck.Now I am ready for my road trip. Oh yes I was in and out in 1 hour 30 minutes.

I went to check out the internet special on a jeep compass that had been posted for over a month. Of course “it just got sold” was told to me. Looked at other compass options and honestly felt like I could’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere and looking at the website and what I paid for my compass were way different. One thing I wasn’t really impressed also were the sign here sign there and they were “hiding warranties” that the dealership tried to tack on. I said no to all but one bc I know jeep windshields tend to break but if I had signed all those extras it would’ve added an additional $5k to my loan. For a basic compass sport that had been sitting on the lot for almost a year I should’ve gotten a better deal.
**update I lowered my stars because I took my jeep for its first oil change at another jeep dealer and was told that the broken console was not covered by warranty and I mentioned that to Jason Kuhn the salesperson and he said don’t worry about it it’s just cosmetic **

I purchased my vehicle from David Taylor with a good car salesman Jimmy in April. But recently I was due for an oil change and they took care of me to the fullest 100%. I would recommend David Taylor for any vehicle you desire!

They are always so nice. We tried fighting with the headlight bulb replacement. They are not like old days. The service department got his car in same day. My son loves the show room and wants me to purchase a new truck at David Taylor and give him my truck. He is only 13 lol. He is ready now. Highly recommend them for new vehicles and service.
