Had to go to three diffrent Oriley stores to return some parts. Two of the stores said they didn't have enough cash and wouldn't do it and the third store did it but not without being rude and making huffy puffy sounds like it was to much to ask. I had a reciept and they sure wasn't rude or make no sounds when I gave them the cash for the parts. I gave them one star but honestly I would give them a half star

The male attendant brushed me off because I'm young and afab. Didn't even walk outside the door or even look out the window at my car. Go to AutoZone down the street, they're much nicer and actually looked at my car.

Never will we go there again, needed to buy a battery for my car wouldn't sell me one bc said couldn't be responsible if it damaged my car, so went back next day found out we could buy one there and this sales kid didn't want to sell me the on I wanted and why bc it was cheaper than what he said I needed. I researched the battery and yes it would work, so left went to another auto parts store they were glad to help me and got my battery in and out in no time.

I went to replace my battery and when the worker came out with the battery it was leaking on her and the counter and she told us not to worry about it and just follow her to my car. My fiancé carried it out and the acid leaking from the battery burned his hand. After the battery was installed my car wouldn’t start. No turnover, nothing. I’ve been here for over three hours after they couldn’t tell me what was wrong, AAA came and figured out they sold us a bad battery. No battery should be sold leaking!!! I did not appreciate the poor service, or faulty battery that the AAA service men immediately knew was a sign of a faulty battery.

Needed 8 lug spacers said they had them drove a hour there to get them and then they say they only had 4 lug, apparently they cant count to 8 then proceeded to call me impatient afterwards because i needed the part same day ... and homie has a monster truck
