I don't know of any other business who randomly charges your card SEVEN MONTHS after a service. What a joke. They can't even send you info about why they are charging you, & then you have to call and sit on hold forever and wait to talk to someone. Do not give them your card info, they will abuse it.

I had a similar experience here seven months ago. I waited for 5-10 minutes without knowing I needed an appointment. Today, I walked in and was told no walk-ins were allowed because the lab technician didn't have any assistance. No apologies were given. It would be helpful if they put a sign on the door or called/email people to inform them of the appointment policy. I'm taking my business to LabCorp from now on. They don't waste your time and accept walk-ins.

The technician who drew my blood was phenomenal. This is the first time I've had blood drawn and didn't have a sore arm that hurt when I lifted something. If it wasn't for the tiny bruise and needle mark I would have forgotten I had blood drawn yesterday. Give her a raise!

This site close at 430pm but stop taking patients at 3pm. Please advertise that so patients are not coming there and then forced to come back. Huge inconvience!

My appointment on Saturday 23,2024 that I scheduled over the phone was set for 12:30pm, when I arrived pregnant patiently sitting in the lobby someone finally came to tell me that drug screening stopped at 12:00pm reminder it’s 12:19pm yet my appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm I really feel that the automated system needs to be corrected instead of wasting people time.

My bun, creatnin and potassium was high. Dr wanted to recheck 2 weeks later to make sure it was not rising higher. Hyperkalemia can be deadly. I had blood drawn over a week ago and still have no results on my chart. Dr office does not have the results either. I tried calling Quest to find out where the problen lay. Turns out there is no way to talk to some one to get results or answers. Not being able to talk to a live person is so frustrating.

They have the system down to a science and I was in and out within a 25 minute window with no glitches. In the past I have mostly scheduled my appointments on a late morning Saturday or very early on a weekday before work. Now that I am retired I made my appointment on a Wednesday morning at 10:30 and it was a very smooth and quick process.

Thoroughly enjoyed the staff at the Frank Scott Pkwy location. I've not been to a better more welcoming Quest. The staff are so pleasant, upbeat, and a joy to be in the same room with.
