Horrible service, said my script didn’t have the hospital phone number and they couldn’t read the doctor’s signature, wasted 2 hours of my time, they definitely need to work on customer service.

Terrible customer service. A bunch of obese lazy workers who literally strive to do the most absolute bare minimum. Just a bunch of whales waddling around in white coats. Next time I’m going to bring some Krispy Kreme donuts I bet those whales will be more than happy to assist then.

This place is not a discounted lab! Maybe only slightly less than what a hospital lab charges! $21 draw fee- ridiculous! It takes a matter of seconds to draw blood and you can't tell me that 2 glass tubes and a needle cost that much! So in other words, if you are a hard stick and they have to stick you twice, they double the draw fee to $42! I had a TSH (thyroid) level and a lipid panel and total cost was $298 ???! I know for a fact it does not cost that much to run basic blood work! Quest diagnostics must be a very wealthy company at these prices or else they are grossly over paying their lab techs! Three months later I will add that I contacted their billing department to inquire when I will be reimbursed for an over payment owed to me according to my insurance and still no check in the mail! I will be reporting this to the attorney generals office for fraudulent billing practices and sending this to small claims court! Time to find a different lab for my blood work!

The phlebotomist was an absolute professional. I have historically been hard to draw. My veins move around and I usually have to endure multiple sticks. I believe her name was Denise (please forgive me if I’m wrong). She’s in Room 1. She got me on the first stick without choking my arm. I would endure a wait next time in order to make sure she does my blood draws. She made this so easy for me. I was quickly served. I have no complaints. First time visiting this site. Never going anywhere else.

How can you mess up an entire name and skipping to the next person. It's sad some people don't read well and are handling lab testing. This is scary and a huge "no-no"!

Belleville beware. Zero customer service. Seem to have no idea how to run a simple lab. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone, and when you arrive, all there exists is a partially working kiosk. Even with an appointment, allow 90 minutes. You matter zero to them. This should not have to be this difficult.

Both times I have tried coming here it has been awful. The first time they couldn't get my blood and they were an hour from closing. The lady literally told me to come back a different day because they were trying to get out of there for the day. Today I come and they are running 45 minutes behind. Terrible.

Registration problems. Check in kiosk program is difficult to complete. While we were there, quest staff had to come out three times to assist customers. We were delayed 30 minutes due to registration confusion. Do better.

This location closes at 4:30 on Fridays. I needed to have labs drawn and the door was locked when I arrived at 2:45. No sign on the door stating a reason why. The gentleman working there finally explained that there was a leak in the building and stated “that’s why the door was locked.” Accidents happen. It would have been helpful to communicate that to the patients instead of just locking the door and calling it a day.

I have a lot of fear getting blood work done. I just want to say Denise is an actual angel. She was quick and about as pinch free as you can be. Give this woman a raise please ??

The facility itself is nice and has a smart tablet for you to check in on. However, the care I received or rather didn't receive here was very unprofessional. As a fellow healthcare provider, I was honestly appalled by how rude the nurse was to me. I was scheduled for flu / Covid / RSV testing so that I may take appropriate precautions and receive appropriate treatment. After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, she brought me back to exam room and told she would not see me because she had been sick and didn't want to catch what I add. I wore a mask, shared my symptoms at intake and when scheduling my appointment. After calling and speaking to the company / additional clinic personnel this providers actions were deliberately inappropriate.

I went there because I am an incredibly hard stick. There was no one there ti greet you. You just signed in and took a seat. I unfortunately needed the restroom and couldn't get anyone to come back and help, I had to wait almost 45 minutes. One of the men working there came out with a face mask, no big deal I put it on. He then looked at me and said "excuse me?" In a rude tone, I didn't say anything so I wasn't sure what that was about. When I got called back I told my phlebotomist I needed to be stuck with a baby needle. I have had health issues for almost 22 years and every doctor and nurse I see, tells me to tell whoever is taking my blood to use a small needle. She proceeded to chuckle at me and use a gigantic needle. It hurt and bruised, I couldn't even feel my fingers. She tried to lecture me on drinking water. That is all I drink, I have been getting blood work done for years, it doesn't matter I am an incredibly hard stick. All in all the people were rude and I didn't appreciate any of it.
