I waited over 20 minutes in line because they only had one person working the line on a Saturday (thats a joke in itself) only for the employee to tell me they couldn't issue me a new debit card. I'm a little confused as to why they couldnt just give me a card to activate myself from home considering I will most likely have to have one sent to my home anyway? Why does this job need people with degrees to give me a card? Overall it was a terrible experience and a huge waste of time. So sorry they need special people to give someone a card when you have us activate it ourselves anyway. What a joke. Dont go here unless you have a ton of free time, it's your last option or you have very basic tasks to do.

I’ve worked at a shoppe in downtown Bellellville for going on 10 years. We have always came to this location in downtown for our change needs. Today the refused us service, because of a policy that changed two years ago; mind you I’ve personally gotten change from here several times since then. Not sure if it is because the employe we sent was a black male or what, but I myself have never been refused service. When we questioned the new policy saying we have gotten change since this new policy, we were told well I don’t recognize you as if that should matter. Very unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend any downtown business supporting this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Long story short, the system actually lets you transfer MORE money from checking that's available to savings, just so they can charge you $36. Here's what happened. I bought a couple items online, they were "pending", and I had enough. After that, I saw my savings was just cents, so I transferred a couple dollars to it. However, my checking only had about a dollar and cents available. The system let me move more than what was available, just so they can charge you for "overdrawing" despite the fact their system allowed more to be transferred. When I went to complain, I was told they all do that, however I also bank with US Bank, and tried moving more money from checking than what was available, and the system declined it, showing US Bank actually has a system that prevents users from overdrawing by TANSFERRING!! Don't bank with Regions, their online system will let you move more money to savings than what's available, then charge you for "overdrawing", because their system allowed it. Regions sucks! I'm done with them after about 5 years, and am telling everyone I know how unethical, and unscrupulous their business practices are- overdraw charge, because their system allowed more money than what's available to be moved, ridiculous!

Banking at Regions was a great experience. Unfortunately it is no longer convenient to bank at any of the Regions banks. I can only go to Regions on days off or on Saturday mornings as I am working during their hours of operation. Regions Scott AFB location was the best. The Scott AFB location was convenient and the entire staff was incredible. Looks like I'll switch to Scott Credit Union now. Thanks for the memories.

This branch and place does have bad service . They are upity for no reason. They do not deal by the guideline of covid because they will not accept an expired license for a deposit even! It’s a crisis people. They have no compassion at this branch . I have opened and account with another bank and made multiple transactions with my expired ID. They are a joke. ?

Regions is certainly a BIG Bank but the staff in this branch always make me feel like "Norm" from Cheers... they all know me by name and their service is second to none. Very happy to call this my bank!

The worst bank I know. I had a terrible experience, and just about everyone I know who has ever banked there has had a terrible experience

On February 3 4:50 PM I went through drive-through cashed a $700 check for cash. When I got home I counted the money there was only $600 cash. I went back was there by 5:06 PM they were closed no driver up service. I looked on webpage see what time they open Sat. 2/4/17 closed 2/4/17 ?? I will be changing banks very quickly. Lesson learned Count your money before leaving the drive-through & don't bank at Regions bank E. Washington St.

My favorite regions branch. Always see smiling faces. Someone is always ready to help.
