Today I see why the ratings of this bank is so low. I’ve been with Regions since ‘94, & this is The Only one constantly hassles me about cashing my Regions written check. This happened more than a few times. So I called the CS line to make a formal complaint. I work in customer service myself & the service here is terrible! This 1 is closer to my Apt, but I’ll start going back to the one in Swansea. Smdh!

So I sent my employee down at 830am to throw our night deposit in the night drop because I forgot last night. A guy pulled out in front of my employee and would not let him put the night drop in. Stated that he was protecting his employee while she got the night drops but its not like my employee could reach the lady through the tiny drop!!!!!! The branch isn't even open until 9 that box is for when they are closed!

When you call they are short and hurried. Your needing information and concerned about your money. Wish they would be more respectable and kind. Maybe it was a bad day.

NEVER BANK HERE!! My husband and I have had a hell of past two weeks. My husband received a bad check from a guy claiming he was the owner of a construction company and that he hired my husband to be his assistant. We knew the check might be bad but on the off chance this guy was telling the truth we deposited it into our checking account at Regions on Carlyle Ave. They told us they would investigate the check and they held it for a few days and they told us not to touch the money in case its a bad check and we didn't! A few days pass and the check is bad. We know this because the money was removed from our account which is fine. We called the bank and they confirmed it was in fact bad but everything is fine. So we thought we were good. The next day they proceeded to freeze our account (keep in mind this is our only source of money) and tell us we must bank elsewhere which was fine but then they tell us we wont have access to OUR OWN MONEY for 12 days!!! My paycheck from last week still cannot be touched because I wont have access until the 10th ! We have had to scrape by borrowing money from people all because of a bank that is not understanding and also the d*** a** fraud guy! Please do not bank here!They do not care abour their customers at all!We have been banking with them our entire marriage and then this?

It is really said that the only help you want to give your customers is online and through the assistance of voicemail only, you want me to put all my money in your bank, but I have no way of getting a hold of a person to ask the questions that I need answered in order to take care of and maintain my banking needs. It is really sad that no one cares about customer service anymore, I am sure that the president of your bank works face to face with his banker. Please make a difference in the banking system, keep it personal.
