I have generally avoided using Regions for my banking needs because my research has shown them to be a fee heavy institution; however, the death of my brother changed that. Because he banked at Regions ( as well as my two sisters), we set up his estate account through Regions. I must say that every employee that l have dealt with has been informative, friendly and helpful. The services provided are excellent, and there are a myriad of locations available to serve me. In future, l may use Regions for my banking needs. At this time, l have already established my regular accounts at another bank.

My experiences with Regions has always been good. But 11/06 and 11/07 were very good business experiences because of a specific problem I needed to address. My banker was very informative and gave very open and good advice.

go to this bank if you want to sit on the phone with them for hours for the most basic questions. I recommend you go literally anywhere but here

Went in to open an account. Was told 15-30 minute wait or we could go to another branch. 95% of the time we receive great service. The same representative has treated us as we were putting her out twice.

Another bad review for this Regions bank. I had an appointment scheduled for days.. She had no clue as to why I was even there. I did not feel welcome at all. She had no idea who I was or what my needs were. Nor did she appear to care. It would help to actually do some research on your customers who make appointments to help understand their needs and be able to answer their questions. Needless to say this account will be moved asap.

I have banked with regions (union planters and Orme change over s )Since 1989. Got my car, college, all financial service through them.I get expert help when i need it, for free and counsel for changes. Anyone who used this bank and didn't use the services really missed out. Great employees, great service and don't plan to leave soon.I love this bank. Boatman and USBank were both horrible service at the time.40+ years of service!Thank you regions.

Poor service. Good for dropping direct deposit/cashing checks- that's it. Depositing a check, even from a regions acct, will take 2 days to be credited. The worst!
