Absolutely amazing!!! I was supposed to be with the kingshighway store and it was a nightmare!! Belleville fixed it all and got me everything I wanted within days!! They were all so polite and accommodating!! And the delivery! Those men were great! My front door is a nightmare to get stuff in and out of, but they did it with ease!! They smiled and laughed with us, made sure everything was put together and working and that we didn’t need anything else before they left!! These people are absolutely amazing and I would recommend this store to everyone I possible can!! Thank you rent one Belleville!!

Amber made the process so easy. I was sick and had no voice and she was kind enough to communicate thru text message. She even made me aware of the black Friday specials and I was able to get my washer and dryer for an amazing price. I would recommend this place and if you go ask for Amber she is awesome and makes the process easy.

I don't remember the lady's name at rent one but I will tell you this it was the best service I ever had dealing with a rental company I believe her name was Amber she helped put my appliances on the trailer also assisted with strapping it down gave me really good pointers and I will definitely recommend everyone go see her and only deal with her she was the best if your name is Amber thank you very much Amber

Before they were rent one they were national rent to own I love going coming here the staff is friendly and courteous the store is nice and clean I moved to Indiana in 2020 moved back home too Illinois and needed a washer and dryer I knew where to go as always they got me what I was looking for I’m thankful for how convenient and easy the process was thanks Missy and Amber for being so kind these two ladies are the best
