I needed to have my front bumper replaced, and I needed it done within a week. John worked with me on the price which was awesome. Within 5 days Route 13 Auto Body had my parts ordered, received, prepped, painted and installed on my car and the only way that I can tell that I had any work done is because the new bumper is so much cleaner than the rest of the car! Thanks John and team for fast, quality work at a reasonable price! Great Job! Highly recommend these guys!

The 2 stars are for the work done. The mechanic, Marcus is very very good at what he does. Excellent work. But the way I was spoken to was just horrible
I took my car in for a minor issue. I told them ahead of time I didn't get paid until a few days later but was told to let him mess with my car for an hour. I assumed it was just a diagnostic. Nope an hour later after sitting outside on the burning asphalt in the baking sun because there is no waiting room nor was I offered somewhere to sit. After he was finished I was told to talk to John to discuss payment. I felt completely trapped. I ended up handing my debit card over as collateral and told the owner I didn't not get paid until Saturday morning .I had to keep repeating this because he kept trying to get me to go to the ATM to pull out non existent money .And run my card there and was told I owe 65$. Well pay day came and I called the night before and was told by John he would be at the shop at 9 am. I told him i would be done at work and can be there by 930. I got off early and headed there. I got there at 920 and was told he wasent there. I called him and got yelled at. He screamed at me and told me he said 930. I appreciate the work done to my vehicle and the mechanic is damn good but I don't appreciate getting trapped and having my car worked on without discussing payment and getting spoken to by both men in an extremely rude manner. I'll go elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated that way. It was very shady.

Awesome shop with honest guys...Bought a car at a very fair price and when a small issue happen brought it back in and they repaired it with no charge. Also followed up to make sure everything was working well...Deff recommend their service to anyone!
