Terrible service. Male (maybe Sammy) was absolutely rude. He kept scolding me for messing up my nails however, I was just asking him to fix blatantly uneven nails. He ended up walking away and someone had to come finish. To top it off, i paid $50 for terrible quality nails that are not at all what I wanted.

Sue was AMAZING! She did a wonderful job. Most importantly she listened and got my ingrown toe nail. Thank you, Sue. I will be back.

Very rude, rush you when trying to ask questions they’re very short with you well this one lady not all they need to work better with their attitudes towards costumers we’re here for a relaxing experience not a rushed one!

I came here with my mom for a full set and pedicure. We didn't feel welcomed and the lady kept rushing us to pick a color. The place was pretty empty so we didn't understand what the rush was. She ended up grabbed 2 of the samples and told us to look while we sit down. Then before she even started our pedicure she again asked what color. I had to repeat myself many times because she didn't understand me. Finally she starts on my mom's pedicure and I just sit and wait. A lady comes in and she stops my mom's nails and does a wax. While another lady is doing nails and a man is just sitting on his phone. By then the water was getting cold. Finally the lady finished the set and came to do my pedicure. We got the 35 dollar pedicure and they didn't scrub my mom's feet at all. They did a leg message with the lotion but no foot massage. I wasn't impressed at all. Two more ladies walk in and the man and the same lady start on their pedicures right away. Which we had been sitting there so long we decided to not get our nails down after all. Just an overall bad experience. We came in around noon on a Saturday and it was dead. There was no need to rush us when it seems one lady does everything. My advice go somewhere else. I get pedicures every month and going to take my business somewhere else.

I came here to get my eyebrows wax. I have full thick eye brows I just want her to clean it up and shape it up. The lady said THIN looks better I told her I DID NOT WANT THIN eyebrows. But she did it anyway. I was very upset and they did not give me my refund. Very disappointed.

I came at a quarter to 6pm and the guy said they were closed. I came back at 6:15 according to google this place was open til 7pm. When I arrived the business hours reflected the same times. The door said welcomed,however, the door was locked. He stated they had business to do and asked md what I was doing as I made sure to take
picture and report this to the BBB. He proceeded to lock the door in my face as I make this post 30 mins prior to their listed closing time.

My first time visiting Sammy Nail I was impressed. The establishment is very nice and clean. The technicians are very friendly and welcoming. My tech Sue did a great job on my nails and eyebrows, excellent customer service. I will be returning to Sammy Nails.

They always take care of me, they don’t just rip my nails off, very respectful and affordable!!! I’m not going anywhere else! Did exactly what I wanted and looked out for me to make them elegant! Very pleased with them!!

Worst nail shop I have ever attended!! They instantly get rude when you try to correct the errors and just want them off they just start snatching the nails off your fingers super careless!

Very rude and unprofessional!! My friend recently went there and she just asked them to re shape her nails and they got very angry and snappy with her, and she was very respectful!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and their service was horrible. Do better. The owner also kicked my dog!
