This woman has no idea what the word ‘respect’ means. She is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Very quick to accuse any and everyone of being criminals. Not helpful or knowledgeable. If you go in, during her business hours, and she doesn’t have time for you she will just tell you she’s not going to help you (instead of offering an appointment or some other option). Don’t give this place your business.There are other places that are friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, flexible and will make sure you are taken care of with RESPECT!

This woman cost me $800. I was living in Vegas and moved back to Illinois and she filed my return indicating I purchased a car in Vegas while I was a resident of Illinois. She had a meltdown that day and was crying at her desk. I've never used her service since.

I would give 0 stars if possible. If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else! EXTREMELY RUDE!! I called to ask what paperwork I needed to get my car registered in IL as a new resident with a recently purchased car from Missouri. After she kept talking over me, she accused me of trying to get out of paying Missouri sales and personal property tax. I told her that the sales tax were already paid and her response was " I seriously doubt that." Also, she is not knowledgable. Told me I had to register my car in Missouri because I bought it in Missouri. This is false information and I was able to register my vehicle seamlessly through a different licensing company who throughly explained the process and provided excellent customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND SANDY'S LICENSE SERVICES AT ALL!!

sandy’s was so nice and accommodating. they made it easy for my mom, who has a hard time getting around, to get her tax documents notarized. they even came out to the car and made copies for her. great service!

I came in with an error on my title. My mistake, I wrote the wrong date. Got the Article of Correction paperwork to get it taken care of. As I’m leaving with said paperwork the lady behind the counter told me she was going to make sure the signature matched in the rudest tone possible. It made me do a double take.I left, had the person who sold me the car sign the article of correction, and took my business elsewhere.I’m not going to pay someone to accuse me of forgery.Romano's License service in Fairview has a super friendly staff. I gladly paid them for title and registration without being labeled a criminal.
