It's so busy no matter time going in there and very frustrating!! I left and went to ups store much easier and call it in no hassles. Need more people to work and faster system of getting people in and out. Taking back equipment and ridiculous.

They will slowly throttle your intenet speed down waaaay below the speed you pay for until you call and they "send a signal" which magically brings it back to speed. This is clearly an intentional process they perform consistently to decrease corporate cost.

Easy to return equipment and get paperwork. In and out in less than 10 minutes, no issues.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had picking up internet devices at a Spectrum store. At this location they get you in and out quickly. Faith greeted me warmly. She immediately took ownership of my pick up order. She is ultra personable and very professional. It was quite apparent to me, that Faith was genuinely invested in my Spectrum customer care experience.

Absolute worst service. Sat there for over an hour and the workers were just working so slow and having side bars while there was a line of 15 people.

Representatives here are friendly but very slow so do not walk-in only make a reservation. If you walk in be prepared to be sitting for 30 plus minutes waiting to speak to a representative.

A lot of people waiting and then an employee goes "If you are here for a modem we are out until the next day. We ran out this morning" Some people have been waiting for hours. Just an FYI you can order a modem/router online. Save yourself and do it online or call spectrum to have one shipped to you.

We went to return our previous router and to ask a question. We waited in line for over 3 hours. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time if you can. This store is clearly not managed well and from what we witnessed, the workers present have to deal with the verbal frustrations and abuse from customers. They were short staffed and doing their best, so ultimately it is not the fault of the workers present. Huge shout out to Faith who was HUSTLING and working so hard for that store. She honestly deserves a raise for the speed in which she worked, the things she dealt with in her kind tone, and for not taking a break at all during our time waiting - not even to use the restroom.

Cancelled our service because i3 Fiber was significantly more cost effective and offered faster speeds. When called to initially cancel, was told our price was so high because "we" dod not request a better rate -- assigning the blame to the customer.
Went to the store to return the equipment, was at the store before opening and was 3rd in line. Waiting 43 mins before being taken care of. Was told they never shut off the service.
Overall, poor customer service and experience.

Slow service. Polite but only 1 person working and spends the whole time talking instead of helping. Arrived 7 minutes after opening and was already 6 deep. Supposedly offers online reservation but the site didn't acknowledge the store existed. Line has only gotten longer in the 15 minutes. At least two people have given up and walked out
