Stay away from this location until there is new management. This was my first time at this store and my family and I will not be back. In short Corey lied to us and the Manager told me she doesn't work for me when I asked to see a policy they were utilizing to void the warranty on my Z Fold 4. We followed the instructions provided by T-Mobile and the fold was not damaged. I have 6 devices with T-Mobile and have been with them for 6 years. If you don't work for the customer then who are you working for? I can not believe you are a manager. You should be ashamed of yourself. But lucky for me everyone in T-Mobile is not like you and I am getting my issue resolved currently. So the policy that you referenced that you could not produce doesn't seem to be valid. And Corey they refunded my money for you canceling our order after you said you wouldn't. I hope you both learn to provide better customer service and change because you almost cost T-Mobile 5 customers today.

I was given the best customer service since before the pandemic ! Megan not only took the time to listen and helped me find the right replacement phone for me - she was kind and patient. I have to imagine she's one of their most valued employees. Can't go wrong with this location. I've been helped by others in the past and never had ANY issues.

Just fantastic service by Sarah the store manager. She went above and beyond to make sure that problems with my new iPhone 15 were resolved. She did this after the Apple Support & Apple store failed to correct problems with my NEW IPhone15.

Had the best service from Megan the last few days she’s amazing helped me get a new watch and phone and got the internet with them. Zach and Sarah was also nice friendly I will be going to the Belleville location thank u guys for all your help

My boyfriend went here to buy a new phone. We patiently waited for over two hours trying to complete this process. He purchased a $1,000 phone, got home and it didn't work! Called up there and was told he'd have to come back up. He said he would, but had an appointment he had to get to. They assured us they'd assist him immediately when he got there. When he arrived the girl who claimed to be the store manager, the same one we talked on the phone, said she couldn't help him because she was with a customer. However, when he walked in she was standing by the wall with her arms folded across her chest and no customer in sight. Another lady was told to help him, but she wouldn't even answer him when he asked her three times how long it was going to take. Finally, he asked a fourth time a little firmer and more agitated she refused to help him. He left without the phone. When he got home from his appointment we called and asked them to transfer everything back to his old phone and I would pick it up the next morning. This store informed us he would have to come get it and there would be a $75 restocking fee to "return" the phone they sold him that didn't work. So, he went back the next day to get his old phone. The store forced him to take the new phone or pay the fee! The new phone didn't work because this store had put the wrong Sim card in AND had failed to activate the phone. We spent almost three hours in the store, had to make numerous phone calls and trips to the store. They kept telling us it was his problem, but no it was their error!Customer service sucks at this store as well as the employees there. If you do ANYTHING at a TMobile store go to Fairview Heights!!I wouldn't give them even one star, but have to give them at least that to be able to post a review.

My mom went to the Belleville store to get a new phone Sarah Yankee talk so unprofessional that a customer said how dare you talk to her like that Sarah Yankee told the customer she would call the police and told him to shut up I’m pissed and I wanted to go to the Belleville store and kick her behind

Good place to get a good phone. The company needs to update their wifi so when their employees are working with customers trying to get their service back together they wouldn't have to come back the next day. It takes too long for them trying to get customers out.

I tried to rate my service as 0 stars but it wasn't an option. When I came in to sort out issues with my account, I was simply told I would have to call customer service. What I believe was a manager silenty sat behind the representative on their phone and offered no help. If you go to this store you will leave having paid for devices instead being given active promotions. Then, when you have problems with your service, they won't do a thing to help.

John! I have to say I've been to T-Mobile 3 times in last two months with screen protector and phone issues. John was by far amazing trying to help figure out my phone issues. He was kind, went out of his way to try and find out what the cause was. He was friendly, knowledgeable and greeted everyone when they walked in. I hate when you're standing in those types of stores unsure if anyone knows you're there. He made sure to acknowledge you give you an estimate of time while he checked you in. Thank you! Since they bought out sprint my service has gone to complete crap. Dropped calls, no service, won't make calls, etc. I've been with Sprint for over 20 years so on the "family plan" so it's not easy to jump ship with everything although I'd live to because T-mobile is absolute garbage. Zero stars out of 5.
