This was my first time there they were great!! Jennifer did my pedicure. The best one I’ve had. Another lady did my lashes. I don’t remember her name, but she was very nice. I will be back.

I've been twice, I can say the women are less rough lol. My visit yesterday was quick and lovely. Myself and my daughter got paint on nail and feet and I got a 70$pedi. (Awesome!!!🥹)
The last who did it was careful and made me feel as if she should be working in a podiatrist clinic fr...she got my mootsie tootsies together🙏🏾 great service to us both!!!

I called them after the owner responded to my review, they answered and they wee very rude to me I had to go somewhere else to fix my nails and pay more money. This store has to be reported

Normally they are really good with my nails, but I left highly disappointed. I asked for a design and compromised if they couldn’t do it. Only difference is I just wanted color behind my nail design. Does this look like the design I wanted? I’m highly upset. Don’t know if I will gone back for my full set here again. Then the lady rushed my nails and wiped away some of the design off my thumb.

I always go here and I’ve never had a bad experience but today I went in with my mom and we weren’t sure exactly sure what we wanted at first they had attitudes the whole time, we’re talking about us while we waited, wouldn’t sit me me her together at first until she changed what she wanted just to sit by me… they rushed both of our appointments and my polish was messy and he didn’t shape it or use the color I said they had to double check with me what I wanted and before I showed her the color she snatched it away. There were only us and 2 other people in the store and at least 5 workers I’m not sure why they made an issue about it but I was very unsatisfied with my service today. I always go here so if this continues I will no longer be giving this establishment my business. It was not the normal workers I usually see so I’m trying not to hold it against them.

Don us awesome! He takes his time and does a good job. There's no extra polish (dip polish) all over my hands, the nails are filed to perfection, top tier job every time!

The Mother is prejudice and degraded me while speaking Vietnamese to her Son in Law. I was trying to communicate with her through the translation app, but she was talking, so it caught her saying the rudest, racist, disrespectful, and degrading things about me because I wanted my nails HOW I WANTED THEM. I wrote my response down about what she said and gave it to her Son in Law to give to her and refused to accept their service. I will never return again and I hope this helps someone else of any other culture.

The first chair which is a man is the best 1 there on the nails.... Sometimes they nice sum times they rude u just got to pick a day but they real clean and very spacious

I am so upset. I came for pedicure while on travel. Went here based on the reviews.The older woman did my pedicure. I noticed she was immediately about to start her service with dirty tools. I asked to please get sterilized tools. She got up and got a “sterlized bag of tools”. I asked her after she the removed them out of the bag to spray them (just to be safe as I’ve heard horror stories in general about salons sticking dirty tools in bags). Against my better judgement, I allowed her to continue to provide pedicure services to me since I was in pain from an ingrown toe nail, traveling, and had color gel that needed to be removed.After she was done with the pedicure, I curiously watched what she would do next with the tools. To my utter shock, she stuck the dirty tools in the same bag she pulled them from and put them back into a steel box.I felt like I just got punched in the gut after what I saw.I still paid for my services, which I now fully regret. After I saw the unsafe health practices she exhibited, I looked at her and asked her why she did that (totally denied and gaslighted me). I explained the dangers of what she did but I’m not even sure she understood me or care enough to.I shouldn’t have even paid for the services for putting my health at risk like that.I hate having to post reviews like this but this is such an incredible safety issue!! She’s probably someone’s mom or grandma and I really just feel awful having to post this and call this experience out, but I feel socially responsible to. When it comes to health and safety, integrity and health safety standards in someone’s work output is absolutely critical.My God someone inspect this shop andcourse correct for the safety of others.
