Service is not available much of the time. Cashier speaks with each other while waiting on customers. Not sure if there is much value as it is costly to shop so I was only there exchanging an exact item for the right size.

This is my preferred location. 99% of the time they have what I need (and then some-LOL) east to find, organized, and friendly staff.

I love Target. I headed to this one in Belleville during work to return an online purchase and pick up a few items. I was not happy that the Target website was listing 2 items in inventory that were not in the store but I won't hold it against this location. Friendly in the return line and checkout. I will be back.

Masks With the serious threat of COVID19 ever present, I assumed Target would insist employees help stop the spread at a minimum by wearing masks or bandanas, and better still, wear gloves, too. But when I ventured out last week for the first time in a month to do in-person shopping, I saw no employees with masks or gloves on. None. At. All. Do the managers know that a large chunk of people who are infected do not have symptoms yet can infect others? Mask up people. Any one of us could be a carrier. The Barrier That Wasn't I appreciate the effort to put up plexiglass shields between cashier and customer. But there is a large gap in the middle where the credit card scanner is. The gap seemed almost parallel to where the cashier stands. So if the cashier is facing the counter when the customer is using the card machine, there is no barrier between them and not enough distance between them. And if the cashier isn't wearing a mask, it makes it even worse. Couldn't they run the plexiglass all the way across and cut out a space just high enough for the card scanner? The way it is constructed now defeats the whole purpose. Normally I would give this store 5 stars, but this is important for everyone's safety.

This target is great. There aren't many reviews here, but the most negative one claims that this store is "boring." If you want to be entertained, go to the movies and not a supermarket :) The employees are friendly, there's a starbucks, and the pharmacy employees are great too. This is my favorite local location.

Someone named charlee c. gave this Target a bad review and then complimented the "super walmart down the road." There is no Wal-Mart anywhere near here. There isn't even one on this side of Belleville, not even close. There should be, but there isn't! So, since she is lying about that, there isn't much credibility that can be put into the rest of her review of this store. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. They have grocery, which many Targets don't have. They have a Starbucks. And the store is ALWAYS clean. One day I asked an employee for the location of white vinegar. I was on the opposite end of the store, it turned out. By the time I got about halfway to the other side, another employee walked right up to me and handed me EXACTLY what I was looking for. THAT is excellent communication and exceptional customer service, folks! This is a good Target. Don't be fooled by the haters, especially those who can't tell the truth.

Lines at checkout. Is this Walmart? I had to search for hand baskets. Found some at back of store. Backup cashier did not take next available customer. Plenty of employees in sight - on break I suppose. Poor experience.
