Don’t come to this Target if you don’t like being hit by carts by their employees and being disrespected over it. So I was in the dollar sections with my mom who had gone to the bathroom so I turned the cart around to go wait for her. This lady was walking in the same direction as me but was too busy on her phone or whatever she was doing to slow down as I had started passing her first. She hit me in my lower back with this cart and was too busy looking down to even realize that she had hit an actual person. I even said something OUT LOUD and she still didn’t look up. Brought the situation up to the manager who made her come apologize and as she walked away, she started huffing and puffing about having to apologize. You are mad because you had to apologize for hitting me with the cart? Is that not basic human decency? Won’t be back to this Target for sure.

Why are self checkout lanes closed at 10am??
I got 3 items and I’m stuck in a long line while some slow grandma is checking out.

Was just here at this location. Asked the giant looking caucasian person with the long blonde hair who was working/playing on his/her phone in the electronic section if I could pay for my items back there. The reply was "yea you can pay upfront." Since when can you not pay for electronic items in the electronic section? If turning around and taking 2 steps to his/hers cash register is too much work then perhaps y'all should fire him/her.

Limits self checkout now, with only one non-self checkout checker. This angers everyone who then yell at the poor checker while 5 other employees make sure no one with 11 items goes through self checkout. Literally no reason to go back.

Need to keep the AT&T sales men in check other wise the rest of employees. You show and say not interested they still keep talking. They will follow even seen them go across the store for people that avoided them. Makes it a terrible experience shopping while this is going.

Put items on shelves that cant be sold. Close down lanes with only two open. Hey you guys have reached Walmart Status, not caring about service. I will never visit this Target again!!!

Whoever is running this store needs to be put on a PIP. Softlines is about the only thing that is kept up with. The back of the store looks like hot garbage. I've literally seen Ross's with better stock management. One way to manage loss prevention is to have items where they belong but instead you have toys over on pallets in Lawn & Garden, you have carts full of stock that is not getting stocked. Seriously; if this is a staffing issue you need to ask yourself what management is doing to not maintain headcount. Shiloh and Fairview don't have these problems. This is a management issue.

Has always been my Number One Class Store..Appreciate you Targets!! Just two weeks ago ordered on line and got my stuff, ASP.. With Stores Closing and Down sizing, we need to Encourage Sometime, those Words can help and Change a Mind.
