“Usually the drivers are friendly and on time or a little early. I have ALS, I was going to the hospital for a breathing test and the bus was supposed to pick me up at 1:45 for a 2:45 appointment. The bus got here at 2:15, 30 minutes late. The young man driving did not say a word to me. Not hello, sorry I'm a half hour late, nothing. Then he proceeded to go a route the opposite direction of where I'm going. I asked him where he was going and he said he had to pick someone else up. I complained, he was already a half hour late and I had a breathing test I couldn't be late for. So he called dispatch and had someone else pick up the other person. Got to the hospital and where I was supposed to be 10 minutes late. As soon as I signed in they called my name. It would not have made me so upset if the driver would have at least apologized. When I got off the bus he did not say goodbye, have a good day, nothing. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.”
