Made an appointment for 9am with a notary. UPS confirmed twice via email, including this morning. Wife and I took time off from work, only to show up and get told “I don’t notarize until 10 when im by myself so you have to go somewhere else” as if this was public info that I should have already known.
Waste of time here, just go somewhere else.

The old owners were fantastic, and the new owners are also great. Highly recommend this location. I have had consistently great service for years, and anticipate that will continue with the new owners.

We didnt have a scan code and the lady helped so much. All we had to do was hand her my phone and 30 sec later.... boom all done. Thanks for being so helpful.

Made 3 trips since moving to the area. Was only able to handle my business once - there was a line all the way to the door the other 2 occasions. It's not close to me, so this mismanagement wastes a significant amount of valuable time - by me, by every other customer in line, and by third-party organizations that compensate UPS for service (on a corporate level).
Not good. I use UPS locations in many areas of the country. Again, this is not good.

New owner is rude. Miss the old employees who were friendly. Awful location with bad parking.

I was trying to ship overseas and they would not try to help even so I have shipped overseas before using UPS it’s a shame for ups to have employees that wouldn’t even try

Every time I go here. I am treated like I am stupid. Very rude employees
Wait time to be waited on is not long but they act like I am bothering them
When I go to Shiloh they are friendly fast and super accommodating
I hate to go to This beltline location by the way they treat people

Staff is not friendly and they always seem to be irritated with attitudes. I am always friendly and frequent this place often and it’s always the same energy.
