Honestly, I came in yesterday and had a very nice experience with the ladies at the counter: I had to expedite something to my husband who is away for the military. I paid $150 to get it to him at 10:50 today. I have never mailed a package before, and I recognize military places have weird and wonky addresses, so I tried to show her the picture of it, and I totally get not wanting a phone shoved in your face, so she said she preferred if I read it out to her. I did. I had to repeat everything multiple times, and I tried to be insistent that it had to be exactly as the picture said. So when I double checked it and noticed all the information was there, but not in the order it was supposed to be in, I questioned it but she dismissed it saying it shouldn’t be a big deal. When the system didn’t recognize the address and she had to force it through, she said that happens often with military address, so I paid my $150, and didn’t question her again and that was my fault. It didn’t arrive. The tracking number was never emailed to me, so I thought maybe I had given the wrong email or a typo happened. I wasn’t upset or anything, and I definitely wasn’t trying to blame the very kind lady. I called, and a gentleman answered and I gave my information. At first, he too was kind, until I started asking questions. He then said the weather had delayed it, which I totally get, and then proceeded to say the address was incorrect. I asked him if I could read back the address that I have, and he very condescendingly asks me “Did you not check it yourself?” When I explained to him what happened, he began to get very defensive. I reiterated that I really wasn’t trying to blame anyone and was just trying to find out where it was, and what I could do, and that I just wanted a tracking number. He then told me to call my husband and get a new address, and I reiterated this was the ONLY ONE which is why I wanted to make sure everything had been typed in correctly. All in all, I will not be attending this location again. This man left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I paid $150 to be condescended to and pretty much told to call my husband and have him fix it.Ps, I would like to reiterate that the lady who helped me was very incredibly kind, and I’m sure it IS a mistake that I made. That doesn’t require condescention.

This is the only place I will ever return my Amazon packages. The staff is literally the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. They always put a smile on my face couldn’t recommend this location more.

2023- Service has improved and I'm in and out quickly. Shred services avail too! Convenient location but limited parking still an issue, especially if you have multiple pkgs.2021-The staff greeted me and took care of my Amazon returns except for two products. I was told I must get a correct UPC code for two out of the six boxes brought in to return. Long story short, Amazon said I was misdirected and should not have had any issue using the one UPC CODE to return both items together. They also have about 3 handicap parking spaces and other than that, parking spaces are limited. It was okay. I really like our home delivery person but my experience at the store was 'meh.' It was ok.

I came across this great prize of a UPS Store while traveling. Mary Beth helped with my taxes that I had to send. she was so kind and wonderful. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had here.

I stopped by to get some documents to print and do shipping. The staff and owners went out of their way to help with my fragile packing. Great customer service and I noticed equal treatment to all people. Thank you for your patience yesterday.

I was there today and the woman work Ethics was horrible. She treated another young lady really wrong in front of everybody, for no reason a young lady tried to explain to her and she didn’t listen. No one should ever be treated like that by a business.

The owner of store accused me of cheating the system saying that they don’t have flat flat shipping when it is offered online . They racial profile me because I am black. She was mad because I didn’t come into the store and ship with her directly . She keep screaming that out “ Her words where you are cutting me out of the money when you ship on line “. I proceeded to show they label prints online and she just didn’t want to hear but I was right and she was very rude . Don’t go here .
