My son was hired 2 weeks ago did all the hire paper work had a start date and then sent an email saying they gave the position to someone else the date before his start date. He let his job go of 2 year for this and the recruit center has no answers for him except they hired someone a week prior and made a mistake. So now he is out of his job and this job. I don't know morally how this can happen. He's 19 and been working since 16 and I want to thank the adult work force for doing him wrong at such a young age. I will be seeing a Lawyer about this matter. I wanted to share this publicly so others can see how they handle new hires

Not necessarily the facility and workers fault however UPS seems to be falling apart. I held a package for pickup because I was on vacation when I came back Went to pick up a package, I could actually see the package I knew it was mine because the box was unique and they would not let me collect the package I had to return the next day even though I could see the package. They said it was because of a paperwork error? I don’t know rather absurd as the ups customer service number said I was good to go pick it up.

I thought everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable about their job. I just couldn't send my package from there cause I have to actually go to a ups store.

I bought a sink off of Amazon and they would not deliver it without a signature. Being as I work during the day I had to change my delivery to pick up at UPS location and this is the location it said to pick it up from.The center is kind of back off the road but its not hard to find. I arrived around 1030 in the morning and had to wait 5-8 mins for the gentlemen to help the person before me.The staff member I had contact with was nice, got my package right away and even loaded it in my truck for me.Good experience.

The company in itself sucks! And I say that because I always end up having to go pick up my packages after the day it’s suppose to be delivered. The reason I rate this place 5 stars is because the customer service is amazing. Austin I. at the register ALWAYS find a way to go above and beyond to assist customers. He do his due diligence to make sure customers walk away satisfied especially when there’s an issue. He’s patient and understanding and I have to say his customer service skills is impeccable! He gets the job done and because of him I’m okay with UPS. Keep up the excellent work Austin I. you’re doing an amazing job!

Was given delivery window 12:15 to 3:15 then about 3: 40 it changed to between 4 to 6. The delivery driver was unprofessional when I told him to have his manager call me he walked away closed the door on the truck and drove off called customer service and they said someone would call. If I have to ship anything I will use FEDEX or the postal service

The Belleville UPS crew might be one of the worst ones in the nation. Yesterday, they lied and said that they tried to deliver to my package but nobody ever knocked or rang the doorbell. Didn't find out that they had been there until I went back to do an update on my tracking number and it was updated with new info. Called Customer Service line and was told that they would hold it at the Belleville location. Was assured that the local office would call me to tell me when it was back there and off the truck. They literally lied in the notes and said they tried calling me twice when they didn't. Phone was next to me the entire time because my wife and I were going to go out and pick up the package. I literally dread every time that a company says that they are using UPS to send me anything because of this location.Update for 2022: Still one of the worst locations in the nation. I swear their drivers must be "special" because they consistently go to the wrong addresses with packages.

I’ve been home all day. The customer service number & am email I received says they "attempted to drop off package & no one was home they left a note." No note was left on our door or mailbox.. No attempt was made. I receive this SAME package every month & it’s not one that has to EVER be signed for. . I’ve never had this issue before..
