I use informed delivery and this place never delivers my mail on time. It’s always a few days late. The drivers steal your Amazon packages. Marking it as delivered but never getting out of the vehicle when a camera is aimed right at them. I have multiple videos of this. For some reason I get credit card offers in the mail and they are already opened. The worst part is I live in Shiloh and have to deal with this when the O’Fallon office is closer.

2025.05.20: No one attending the front desk for over 5 minutes. Line out the door... again... Disgraceful how this place is NEVER properly staffed. Ridiculous. I'll start updating this review each time I see this, because it seems to be quite often. People need the post office and simply dont have time for this.

They never want to deliver packages. Always an excuse. I have to drive 25 minutes to post office to pick up my packages because they claim animal interference when my pups are in a four foot secure, fenced in area. I don’t know if it’s laziness or they just don’t care. When I try and speak to manager at post office, my concerns are dismissed.

My last 2 packages required signatures, but instead of attempting to deliver my package they leave a note saying "sorry we missed you while you were out." I've been home both times.

You have a certified letter coming, and they don't even attempt to knock on door and get a signature. We were home, why should I have to go to the post office. How lazy can you be? This is like the third time this has happened

This place is a mess and I have been waiting on my heart medication for 5 days had to go to my pharmacy and get some medicine and cancel mail order this is a shame I don’t mail anything and I have all my bills email to heck with the post office I’m gonna seal up my mail box to me they can seal up their doors because they don’t do nothing but talk bad and look mean and drive fast and never smile anymore

The number of packages this office has misplaced and the number of times I've gotten someone else's mail (not my neighbors on my street, an entirely other address) is unreal. I've never had such unreliable service anywhere else I've lived.

Under staffing issues are everywhere and it seems friendly service suffers from that as well.
