The number of packages this office has misplaced and the number of times I've gotten someone else's mail (not my neighbors on my street, an entirely other address) is unreal. I've never had such unreliable service anywhere else I've lived.

Waited on hold for over an hour because my package is late/missing. Once the music was done they, kid you not, picked up the phone, and without getting a word in, they hung up. Worst customer service to ever been known.

Literally the worst usps in the country. I have never had this many missing packages in my life. Usually I have honest neighbors that bring them to me but my latest package is just gone, delivered to the wrong mailbox and no one can find it. I’ve emailed customer service and have yet to hear from them.

Had two packages picked up this month and neither was scanned. So they still show as if I have them. I have video proof of them being picked up. I cant even claim the insurance on them because without them being scanned, it still looks as if I have them. I was basically told by some lady at this branch that I was SOL.... over $500 in items STOLEN!I guess my next step is to file a police report for mail theft since you can cleary seem them being picked up. Absolutely sickening.

I had a certified mail that I could pick up on March the 10th and it was not at the Post Office, even the tracking info said it was at the post office. The clerk was very rude and said, they will deliver it another day, they did not deliver it that day or the next day, I called to speak with the supervisor to find out what I was supposed to do, and was on hold for 30 minutes and then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. On Saturday I went to the Post Office and it was there, and I asked her what the procedure was and she was very rude and says you have your envelope do you want it or not. This letter was at the post office on March 1st, it was on March 9th before they sent it out for delivery. Very unprofessional and I have had problems with them in the past.

Business hours are until 6pm, but at 4:40pm: there’s a sign at the counter that said “closed for 30 min lunch break” with no indication of when there should be a clerk on duty again. There was a line of 6-7 people already.We could obviously see staff in the back, but no one was available to help with the front?

They need better customer service at this location. The employees were angry at me. I was lied to at this place. I was able to get some help from this company. I appreciate the help.

This is literally one of the worst post offices I have ever experienced living in St. Clair county. I wish I could go back to Dutch Hollow. Even though none of the in-person post office reps are nice no matter what location you go to around Belleville, the carriers at Dutch are a bit more decent. I moved to the 62221 zip code in 2021 and the carrier I first had was amazing. Such a sweet guy! They changed carriers on me maybe 2 years ago and this new one is awful. Even calling in to talk to supervisors at the main post office is a waste of time because their attitudes are just as poor and unprofessional. They basically deliver mail when they feel like it, could care less about lost mail and this carrier definitely enjoys stuffing my mail and PACKAGES into my small mailbox not caring if my other mail gets folded or bent up. Just pathetic. Looking forward to the day the carriers change again or I end up moving to a better area and different zip code. Never lived in a state before that employed a bunch of young, bad attitude having carriers. Bring back the carriers that are kind, decent and friendly!

I usually don’t have an issue with getting mail from this location; however, my daughter received a notification that her package was delivered. Her package was delivered but at the wrong address. Went to speak with the associate at USPS and all she could say was, “Yeah it was delivered at the wrong address. Carrier is still out.” Like how do you deliver mail or package at the wrong address!?! My daughter is very disappointed because she waited for her package to only find out that it’s not there. All the information I gave her phone number & name was written down on receipt paper that could be easily be mistaken as trash.

Had an appointment for a passport set up online. When we get there for scheduled time the supervisor says they can't do it because they were to busy. They only had 5 people in line waiting.
