No mail pick up or deliver since Friday. Today is now Tue. When I call the 62221 location some thug sounding guy answers and when I start to ask about it he hangs up. They let it ring, pick up and hang up on you. Bunch of hood rats working here.

No air conditioning in 2 months ??? It's the hottest day outside... Long line but the people were helpful..I feel bad for the employees with no air!!
