Nice people. Knowledgeable and experienced. Would have been 5 star, but no mention of $40 per device "setup fee" I can set up an iPhone and iPad but I wasn't offered the chance or the fact it was going to be $80 for both. Generally a good visit, that (surprise fee) was like having a good burger on a dry bun.

Rude in store and do not listen too busy looking at service dog after walk 3 hours. Called today Lisa District manager phon was ok but she misundetstood what i wanted. If not for Verizon customers u would not have jobs

Not sure if it was this store's fault entirely, but I was able to purchase home internet and was told it was as simple as "plug it in and go" yet not only did it not work but it turns out my address isn't even eligible for internet and now I have to ship everything back.

Absolutely amazing store from beginning to end on my original purchase of my lines ,phones and iPad service after AT&T completely ripped me off. The reason I am leaving this review is because after the fact assurrion the insurance company that protects my devices refused to let me make a claim. Darla and Skyler fought for me for three days and finally got them to get my phone replaced and were very knowledgeable and helpful

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
This store needs to fire EVERYONE and hire competent employees. Went to do a free phone upgrade and ended total mess. Employee that was doing this was great, said it would cost $120 in "fees" and needed to order phone. That was May 31st. Was told store would call when phone was in, ended up going Friday may 7th because never got a call but Version said phone was delivered by the 4th.
I get there, employee and store manager tried to set up new and couldn't, deactivated my current phone in middle of this mess so couldn't get texts from Version. Told me to go to Fairview store WITHOUT new phone. That store could only reactivate my old phone. So back to Belleville to pay the $80 I owed as per the Sales order I have STATING I ONLY own that amount. Store Manager wouldn't let me pay the $80 but instead stated I would have to pay $1000 to get the phone WHICH FAIRVIEW SAID IS ACTIVED!!!
So I'm out $40, have two active phones(it seems), but no new phone and a bill of $149.88 instead of the $116.04 bill I had before this mess.

I had some issues with my phone NOT activating for multiple days. I came into this store and Darla helped me out. She was amazing and quick. She helped do what the other store could not do. So appreciative of her, I will now be able to work tomorrow.

Skylar (not sure spelling) is the best Verizon rep I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my entire time with Verizon!! If you need anything Verizon related this is the place and he is absolutely the best recommendation in my opinion!! As long as I live here this will be the location I frequent.
