For how busy they usually are, they do really well with helping people in a timely manner for the pharmacy. The store is also well stocked and clean.

Called to get my daughter an immunization, and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The lady said to just walk in. 2 hours later I brought my daughter in, and the mean man at the pharmacy desk told me to make an appointment. When I explained that I called to do that earlier, he dismissed me. So I decided not to catch a charge, and I went to CVS, and they took care of it on the spot. Thank you CVS! BOOOOOOOO WALGREENS BOOOO. :(

Pharmacist said they don’t cancel held prescriptions and immediately canceled a held prescription. Tired of scrambling for adequate service. Don’t wast your time with these glorified truck stop pharmacy chains and their undertrained fools behind the counter.

Have attempted same day RX delivery twice and never received it the same day. Always 2-3 days later. Called to ask about my prescription and was told the form prints out automatically and it was my fault for ordering same day delivery and not just picking it up when I needed the medication.

They don't pay attention to what they are doing. Don't read doctors orders, and rely on their telephone computer to lie about when you will receive your prescription. You can ask to speak to a real person and you'll receive a completely different answer. Only thing the computer tells you is to call back in an hour. Did this for 24 hours. Still, prescription was not being processed. Get rid of that damn computer phone answering machine.

Walgreens just lost a customer. I've always shopped their discount deals and built up points to redeem. Doesn't save a ton of money, but enough to notice.

Switched here after Shnucks became CVS for insurance reasons. The girl at the front desk is rude almost to the point of hostile every time I'm in the store. There is zero interest in customer service at this store. If you don't have to use this store, use another and hopefully you'll have someone behind the counter that actually cares about you.

Just found out last night that a long time employee is no longer with the company. I've been coming to use the photo department for over 10 years, exclusively at Walgreens. My business requires a lot of photos of very specific things, and I also come for personal use. After Miss Kathy left, this employee was basically one of the only good things about the store. They knew what they were doing, their customer service was one of the best I've experienced anywhere in the U.S. and I travel a lot. While I wasn't always greeted with a smile, their experience and general know-how of the machines in the department always accelerated my visit well beyond what is it when they aren't there. Aside from this former employee, there are very few others in the store who seem to be even remotely good at their job. No one behind the counter knows how to do anything, I have several orders in the past few months that have been messed up by MANAGERS(let that sink in a minute), and while they are always polite, it doesn't change the fact that they operate the department like a bunch of clowns. You wanna know how many times I've come into the store and seen them fumbling around on someones phone unsuccessfully? The other day I was told by a manager that a service I used to get all the time is no longer available. I had it done the day before, by them. They can't even recognize their clientele. I had it done a week later by a different employee, who actually knows how to do their job.(surprisingly) I don't pick up prescriptions here anymore, I stopped about 2 months ago. They have no help back there at all, the lines are always packed unless you come in smack dab at noon, or very late at night. The customer service here varies, sometimes I would come in and receive excellence, other times the same employee would be like a rabid hyena barking at people. I stopped coming here after a poor experience where they were closed for lunch, and when I came back they told me that they couldn't fill my script and I would need to try another Walgreens. I got it done at the 24 hour one instead. The store has looked filthy for a very long time, the floors are never clean, the missing ceiling tiles are never going to be fixed completely(Its like a chess board when you look up) and one of them almost fell on me earlier last year. The freezer section was out for a very long time, and when you would ask anybody about when it was going to be fixed the answer was always something different. "We're waiting on a part, it broke again, they're coming to fix it tomorrow, It might not be fixed for a while" ect... This has been a very long review (also my first and maybe only one), so I'll end it by saying this. When Walgreens announced last year that they had plans to close over 200 stores, I was hoping it wouldn't be this one. After the last few months, I wish it was one of them.

I have had the absolute worst experiences at this pharmacy! From rude pharmacy techs slamming the gate in my face after I had been there for 10 minutes to many other occasions. The latest is just a few minutes ago. I pull up in the drive thru, I’m the only car there, here is how the conversation goes; Employee-can I help you? Me-pick up for Candice Adams Employee-we have 2 scripts we are working on now (2:15pm) we just recently got 10 minutes ago, they should be ready by 3:30

The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are extremely rude and do not care about patients or their needs. I asked the pharmacist a simple question after being on hold for over 20 minutes and her response was “I was helping other customers, I can’t do more than one thing at a time. Ok?” I asked to speak with a manager about a prescription issue I am having and that was her response. I have epilepsy and have been waiting on my medication for two days and they filled the wrong quantity, refused to use my discount card from the manufacturer, and was flat out rude and interrupting. The pharmacy staff are always rude and simply don’t need to be working with anyone, period, if they can’t get their crap together. We have nothing but issues here and will definitely be reporting and moving our business elsewhere. So sick of people like this!!

Very rude!! Not at all helpful. Go to a different Walgreens!! I was sent here to have a medication filled for my daughter and they were out of stock and very rude about having to even look up the prescription... I called the Walgreens in country club plaza and in less then three minutes they were able to locate the out of stock prescription for me and have it filled... don't waste your time at this location...
