After applying my nails, I thought my tech went to get polish, but she was eating. She actually left me sitting for more than ten minutes while she ate. I had to ask the receptionist where did she go. That's how I found out she was taking a break to eat. Only then, because they were calling her, she returned. If that wasn't bad enough. I went to wash my hands only to return and find she was gone again. Another wait because she vanished. This time, she claimed stomach issues.

I just left and made sure to tell the receptionist that it was the worst pedicure I’ve had and won’t go back. This was a gift so I’m really upset I didn’t use it somewhere else. The tech literally acted like it she was scared to touch me. There was no pressure and she barely filed. Just very slow and light handed. So now I still have cuticle, I still have ingrown toe nails and I still have callouses. I got the deluxe pack. She barely rubbed the product and ended up wiping most of it off. It was like getting a pedicure from a child. The water was cold and the towels that sat on my legs were freezing. So I didn’t get what I went for. What I did leave with is uneven nails, still have ingrown toe nails and clumpy polish. She painted them like a 5 year old would. No technic at all. Just brushed it on any which way.

VERY Disappointed !!!I come to your nail spa many times and also bring my daughter. I tell people to come and even a bridal party. My experience yesterday was not good. I sat in chair and man started on my feet before chair could be adjusted and I could relax. Finally massage chair worked. I never could relax in it. I got the polish that stays on longer and dries quickly as I always do. He kept hitting my toes with the uv light and then refilling. Looked ok when I left but today several nails are pealing back the polish! I would like some credit for next time as I am out of town and now have to do something to fix so I can wear Sandals!Thank you! I am on your email list.

Very unimpressed. Absolutely not what I wanted. Overpaid for what I got. Showed them a picture and it’s nothing like what I wanted. Only person who did a good job was the lady who did my eyebrows. The board needs to get updated because I paid over $100 just for a mani/pedi. They barely did anything for my pedi, and my acrylics look nothing like the picture.See my photos for what I wanted, versus what I got it.Services: Nail painting

BE CAREFUL! Witnessed them lie to a customer that the only pedicures they had were the two most expensive ones. They’re always trying to upsell you. They do a good job but it’s not worth the hassle.Services: Nail painting

I went to get a dip manicure in the bright red ? color and ended up with a maroon messed up job that took two hours to get doneThe worker was nice but messed up the nails three times and had to re start the nails. The owner of the salon saw everything and He should have given me a BIG discount but did nothing. They are charging EXTRA for cleaning the cuticles EXTRA for cleaning the nails and EXTRA for the fake tips. I ended up paying$60:00 for a bad nail job with the wrong color. My friend recommended this business 3 months ago. Since then, I've been a regular customer. I was that person that didnt go with my instinct and ask for my preferred nail tech. The style I wanted was a simple ask, so I. For those who have gotten an acryllic ombre set, its a multi-step process that is hard to predict the final result until they finish. You put the tip color on first, then move on to the cuticle color. Even after that, your final results aren't truly evident until they file it down and shape it. I knew when he finished it wasn't up to my expectation but I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years so I tend to be particular. I left and when I got outside in natural lighting, it was awful. I was in a store down the street and called and asked for the owner 5 minutes after my service. I was told he wasn't there (I just saw him while I was there). The person on the phone asked what the call as regarding and I advised that i was dissatisfied with my service and want to speak to the owner. A female got on the phone who claimed to be the owner in defense mode from the start. I told her I'm not the type to try to embarrass people but I would like to send pictures of what I asked for versus what I got. She told me he showed me my first nail and i said it was good...now I'm calling to complain. I told her he did not. He showed me the coffin shape. The ombre process doesn't allow the final look to be revealed until the very end, otherwise I would have. This nail spa is my go to. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. I have never once had a bad experience. This has been my go to place for years! I love the atmosphere and how even when it is busy, I don't feel rushed. I got a pedicure and a fill in on my set today and it was amazing!
