Once again I received the "your prescription is ready to be picked up" text and once again my script was not ready. Why send the text if it is not ready, it seems like a waste of time on both ends? Also at this particular walgreens there is a ton of waiting no matter what time of day you go.

They don't pay attention to what they are doing. Don't read doctors orders, and rely on their telephone computer to lie about when you will receive your prescription. You can ask to speak to a real person and you'll receive a completely different answer. Only thing the computer tells you is to call back in an hour. Did this for 24 hours. Still, prescription was not being processed. Get rid of that damn computer phone answering machine.

Switched here after Shnucks became CVS for insurance reasons. The girl at the front desk is rude almost to the point of hostile every time I'm in the store. There is zero interest in customer service at this store. If you don't have to use this store, use another and hopefully you'll have someone behind the counter that actually cares about you.

l raced there on my lunch hour. Waited in the pharmacy drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Saw a little sign that said "meal time" 1:30-2:00. It was 1:31. I work at a hospital. We cover each other for "meal time". I was totally inconvenienced and disappointed.

Very rude!! Not at all helpful. Go to a different Walgreens!! I was sent here to have a medication filled for my daughter and they were out of stock and very rude about having to even look up the prescription... I called the Walgreens in country club plaza and in less then three minutes they were able to locate the out of stock prescription for me and have it filled... don't waste your time at this location...

My meds were called in at 2pm. I never got the auto message from Walgreens saying they were done (6 hrs later) After being on hold for 20 min trying to figure out I'm my prescriptions were ready (wouldn't let me verify with the automated pharmacy) I drove up to my local Walgreens. After sitting in the lane for another 18 minutes (2 cars ahead of me) I realized that my Walgreens NEVER has both lanes open. Why is that?? When I get to the window I have to literally crane out of it so I can hear "Tammy" speak. Tammy can't put her mouth to the speaker of the phone because she looks to be chewing a piece of gum the size of my fist! I'm sick and crabby and just want my meds without I feel like that's not asking for a lot.
