If you have an urgent health need for prescriptions, DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC WALGREENS. You will be given incomplete orders without explanation, incorrect pick up times, poor communication and negligent service. The techs and pharmacists are responsible for this dangerous store. Unless you have NO other option, get your prescriptions elsewhere.

This Walgreens is awful. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I had 2 prescriptions called in at 2:30 here, went to the doctor and got a third prescription called in at 3:30. Got there around 3:50- they said nothing on file, I showed them receipt from doc showing their address, they made me an account and wow suddenly they see the 3 prescriptions. They say about 20 min. and I'll get a text. Ok I'll shop no problem - wait 40 min, no text, get back in line to check and they have it just about processed, needs approval from Pharmacist. Go ahead and have a seat he'll be right with you. 10 min later I get my meds and walk away realizing I only have 1 of my 3 meds. I walk back and tell them I'm missing 2 other meds. They said "we don't see anything" I tell them I know it's on there - y'all verified the 3 I was supposed to get 50 min ago when I first got here. Then they find them somehow again. Says it needs to be written in. They said we'll get those right out to you- I ask ok so I should just hang out? (Thinking 10-20 min again) nope she said we're looking at a 45 min wait time. I said ok I'm going home. It's 4:45pm when I left, got a text saying 1 of 2 of my prescriptions are filled at 5:35pm. Called the pharmacy at 6 to check the status of the second one. Still pending/ being filled. Called at 6:40 to talk to a human and she tells me "yes the first one is filled, the second one is scheduled to be done at 5:50" I told her it's 6:40 now... she said yes we should have it done here soon, you will get a text and call when it's ready. If I ever get my third prescription I'll be finding a different pharmacy. Update: just called them again at 7:30 for them to tell me it's over the counter (obviously) so it would be cheaper to just buy it over the counter than to have it filled. I asked why they didn't mention this earlier or call me to tell me they said they didn't know. So I've waited 3+ hours for them to tell me I could have come and gotten it.

Incredibly slow and terrible customer service. It's also nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in the phone so you're pretty much stuck going to the store and then waiting in line until someone can get to you. I really hope the corporate headquarters can provide this store with better staffing and resources sometime soon.

Where to begin. If I could give this place negative stars I would. And it all is the results from one single pharmacist. John W. as a terminal cancer patient I went in to fill my pain meds and the date of the prescription. Which happened to be a day later than normal so there wouldn't be any conflicts with any pharmacy. Mr. super pharmacist John W took one look at the prescription and threw it back at me and became loud, rude and Blatantly disrespectful. Saying he would not fill the prescription at 4:30 in the morning when I had to be at work at five rather I had to wait three hours until 8 AM. I'm glad the pharmacists no better than the hematologist but this is John inflicting his beliefs and our little town. So not only well I spend a few more hours in agony But I will be late for work to provide for my family and pay my medical bills. These pharmacists get high and mighty it seems at times, they should be doctors if they are so wise. My next call will be to Walgreens corporate in Deerfield Illinois So save yourself some trouble, if John W is there just wait until he's not because he's obviously not capable of doing his job and would rather read his magazine during his work hours. I couldn't be more insulted and disappointed, John W at Walgreens and belt should not have his job. He couldn't even read The entire prescription or take one second out of his precious magazine time to look me up in the system. The worst part about it is Walgreens seems to condone this behavior. They all deserve to be jobless

This is one of the rare stores still offering 24 hour service. We recently moved to Belleville so we transferred our prescriptions to this Walgreens store. I've gone inside to make a purchase, as well as used the drive through for script pickup. For the inside purchase, one of my items had been misplaced on the shelf causing me to think it was a clearance/last chance marked down item. When I questioned the higher price, the cashier was kind enough to check the stocked item and saw the misleading price. She adjusted the price to the "sales" price. The drive through is extremely busy. I mistakenly went at rush hour and waited so long that I drove off and came back at less busy time. Petra at the drive through was the nicest cashier I've encountered at ANY retail store in a verrry long time. She was working both drive thru lines solo and she still managed to be pleasant, patient and helpful. Customer service here has been top notch. This location would have received five stars but the parking lot desperately needs sweeping and a good power wash. The outside of the store isn't as clean and tidy as other locations.

Kristin in the pharmacy needs to learn PEOPLE SKILLS. I wasn't even greeted when it was my turn after waiting in line for 15-min. I had to initiate the dialogue so she could actually work. I've been coming to this Walgreens for at least 15-years since the Air Force moved me to IL. I've been getting the SAME prescription for at least a year. Last month, I brought in a coupon my doctor provided to me for a discount on one of my prescriptions and I've been able to use it because it's been applied to my prescription. I've seen Curtis apply the discount to this particular prescription many times over! This time around, Kristin attempted to charge me what the medication cost and I caught that. She DID NOT EVEN take the time to MENTION or EXPLAIN it was not covered, BEFORE she tried to charge me the full amount. I looked at the screen and inquired WHY was I being charged that much. That's when she decided that she didn't feel like dealing with people/customers. I told her that I gave the coupon to a male in the pharmacy and wanted to know why it was NOT being applied. She got on the computer and clicked the keyboard angrily, but in reality she didn't want to DEAL with my issue. As it is, she had a sour face when it my turn to approach the counter. If she couldn't deal or handle the issue, then she should have asked someone else with more experience to apply the discount. I said it doesn't make sense how something from 30-days ago just changed between then and now. She decided that she just didn't want to deal with the customer period and I couldn't hear with her attitude. When she decided to get her attitude I told her to give me back my prescription. I wasn't going to deal with that BS! You can bet that I WILL NOT patronize this establishment or any other Walgreens for that matter and I will GLADLY take my prescriptions along with people I know in the Air Force (because I will mention it to them as well). All this store did was WASTE my time, between yesterday and today. With Kristin's sloppy attitude, you can keep that. That kid isn't a people person. I prefer to go to a PROFESSIONAL establishment where I'm going to get treated like a valuable customer SHOULD!
