AutoZone Auto Parts provides great service with friendly and helpful staff. The store carries plenty of automotive items, including parts others may not have. Services include checking batteries, alternators, and gears, and assisting with part changes, often honoring warranties. However, experiences can vary, as sometimes incorrect parts are provided, leading to inconvenience and wasted time. Despite occasional errors, many customers find it a super convenient and recognized place to shop for auto parts and plan to return.

Unacceptable phone service. I waited a couple of minutes for someone to pick up, then was asked if I could be put on hold, after 10 more minutes elapsed, and calling back got me on hold again, I decided to write this review.

One of my Camry SE headlights was out and I stopped into AutoZone Saturday 2/21 and was glad I did, great customer service. They had the headlights available and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.
