“I just had my 1994 Ford van repaired at Ted's. When repairing a 31-year-old vehicle, the biggest challenge is finding parts. I needed a right front fender, a radiator support, and a grill. Many shops would not have been interested and would have just told me to go elsewhere. Fred, my contact at Ted's, was very resourceful and persistent in finding the parts, some of which had to be shipped from Colorado. I couldn't be happier with the repair. The paint job looks great, again, a challenge on a 31-year-old vehicle. I recommend Ted's without reservation.”

“From the moment I first stepped into this establishment, I realized how excellent their customer care & professionalism is. They listened to my concerns about the symptoms of my vehicle’s transmission and exhaust and other mechanical problems and was able to diagnose and offer a fix/ resolution. Their entire staff: Nomie, Umair, Diego, Khurram & Saqib provided peace of mind and excellent auto repair. Nomie is well known within the car community and is known as an incredible mechanical engineer. I drove more than 1.5 hours in traffic and it was well worth it. Nomie fixed my problematic transmission driveshaft issue and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Also repaired an exhaust issue. After he repaired everything, my car drove much smoother and more efficiently and is back to great health. They’re able to order parts and have a quick turn around time as well as have fair pricing. When repairs had been completed and I was unable to pick up my car, an employee kindly offered to have it dropped off and return my rental. I received my car within an hour.

“Needed to fix my brand new Toyota after being side swiped. Live in the neighborhood and heard from others that they do good work. Insurance recommended so I dropped of the Truck. Was informed Truck would be ready the following Tues or Weds. Tues morning get a call and truck is ready. Inspect the Truck and looks amazing. Paint was matched perfectly. Dent was gone. It looks like it never happened.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone there treated me like I was the most important thing that they had going on that day. Answered all my questions.”
“I brought Tim my 2001 Harley Nighttrain with a gash on the gas tank. Something fell off a shelf in my garage. I was horrified. Tim was very confident that he could get in back in shape. I picked it up today, sooner than he promised, and the gas tank is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!! I am a perfectionist with my motorcycles and I couldn't be happier. Great job Tim!!!! I'll be back.
