I love this place, the human warmth of all the staff makes my mom feel better in health. I am very grateful to everyone from the driver Jesús with whom we have had excellent treatment, to the doctor who takes care of my mother with each of her visits to this place. Definitely oak street health is and will continue to be my first choice for my mom and me, but unbelievable found this person sleeping in work hours. He looks tired. ?

Horrible transportation service…. Since I came to this location never had a complaint whit some driver. Now in my last over come, drop me off a driver’ s name Oscar, who was very rude in the way and whit me. He doesn’t ask if I need the ramp for go in or where put me in a Safe place once arrived my home.The others drivers always take care me. I hope so you can read about this.

Staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Erlikh also attended kindly to my needs during my visit. I was very pleased with everyone, including the drivers that transported me to and from home for my appointment.
