This place proceeded to take my money after throwing my stuff out and re-renting our unit. No notification was given and we were NEVER LATE ON PAYMENTS.
We stated we were thinking of moving our stuff out due to having more space at our new house. This resulted in unlawful removal of my items (that's actually illegal to do for no reason as they did and never notify the customer but still proceed to raise rent and continue to cash our money orders). So for 3 months after they cut my lock off I had to physically confront the owners to get the run around and get told I was lying about my unit number for them to cut open the wrong unit then proceeded to tell us to leave after they found out they were wrong the whole time.
The lady owner proceeded to acknowledge our stuff was there then went from "your car parts are gone" to "no it's this unit here with the car parts" then tried to start arguments with me and my family constantly (probably knowing she screwed up getting mad I wouldn't leave without answers and proceeded to "need to go to the front" when she felt out of excuses)
Don't trust this scam of a place. I have been advised to take legal action over this and strongly consider it due to the carelessness of this place and 0 cares given they threw out not only car parts and a bike but family documents and photos are now lost because of these incompetent people.
End of the story if you value your belongings don't trust them with these people.

Literally called to ask about storage units they have available, the lady said "none" and hung up on me before I even got to say anything else or ask another question!! Very very rude
