New staff is great there experience knowledgeable and friendly I'm not going to Rockford AT&T anymore, they can do same as corporate except more they went to my mom's house and setup her Internet free of charge and helped fix her email issue , it was the lady and guy from the store that went out not just a dispatched stranger, highly recommend this location for all your wireless needs

Went this afternoon to finish the trade in on my phone. There was no one in the store front. You were able to hear someone on the phone in the back. Sounded like a personal call. Was there for about 10 minutes. I will be going to a different att store from now on.

I work for AT&T and know for a fact SIM cards are free and they scammed my parents and charged them for one, even though my parents brought up they’re usually free. How are you going to lie to the family of an employee account?
IF YOU COME HERE, DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE YOU FOR A SIM CARD. GO TO YOUR NEAREST CORPORATE STORE INSTEAD.

The few times I’ve been to this store, the employees are extremely helpful. Very welcoming & kind. Especially Isolde! She’s great! They go above and beyond to help me when I’m there. Appreciate it!

The times I have gone in to get accessories for my phone. Or to buy the JBL speakers. Service has been great they answer any questions I have. Definitely a place to stop in for all your phone needs.

I've been to this store only a few times, but every time the employees are extremely helpful. They're very welcoming and don't talk down to you, I never feel like I'm being pressured into something, and they are very transparent about charges and such. They go above and beyond to help their customers.

Bought an otter box case from this store in november, and the hard plastic corners broke. I have a limited lifetime warranty, so I tried to replace it at this location. Instead of an easy swap with my receipt in hand, I was told by the manager (over the phone) that I have to contact Otter Box to replace it. Emily the representative there was awesome. She helped me attempt to do it online, but ultimately, we had to call a number. Long story short, supposedly, they are sending me another case. However, I have to pay a 10 dollar shipping fee. This is poor customer service by both AT&T and Otter box. I'm pretty disappointed by the poor quality of a military grade case... They both should be ashamed!!! Buyer beware!!!
