Always pleasant and helpful staff. I’ve been coming since it was Blackhawk Bank. I think the transition was smooth on the customer side. I’m sure it was challenging on the teams side but they didn’t let it affect their service.

I've never had any issues going in there. I have a favorite baker, Juana, I believe is her name. She's very friendly, always smiling, very knowledgeable and knows her stuff.
