Made me spend 160 in a Lyft to and from!! After weeks of them calling me to come in. Claiming I was already approved for a car!! Get there and after they see how much money I have coming from insurance all of a sudden they want 3,999 down. When just 15 min before it was no money down or $500!! Filed small claims against them today. For missed wages and cost of Lyft for wasting my time!!!

Not a great experience. The vehicle we originally wanted and signed paperwork for was sold to someone else when we got our credit checked and everything was good to go. Ready to pick up 3 days later and I get a call that it was sold to someone else. On top of that there is more paperwork that needs to be finalized on the co-signers part and they don’t tell me beforehand. Then when I drive the vehicle away and start heading home, I noticed that the tank isn’t even halfway filled when this vehicle is worth over $40,000. How much is it to fill a tank of gas? I’ve definitely had more stress coming to the dealership than I’ve had with any other dealership. Don’t get me wrong. The sales rep is nice, but I just think things are not communicated properly.

Found the sales staff friendly and helpful. They worked hard to make the payments affordable. I never felt pressured in any way. The salesperson guided us through the ins and outs of the process. I happily recommended Kunes in Belvedere.

What a fantastic experience! I spent nearly all day with “Brandon”, My sales person. Not because they took so long with customer service, rather, my credit history was far from stellar! Brandon literally dedicated his whole day to get me into the right vehicle at the right price, And having all my needs in mind and met. He was never deterred or discouraged, he did whatever was necessary to make it happen. I couldn’t be happier with Kunes’ customer service and dedication to helping me with fair and honest dedication. I just can’t say enough about Brandon. He obviously really enjoys his job, but I actually felt like he cared about me and my needs even more. Thank you, Brandon and Kunes!
