KFC for some reason has fallen off the wagon over the years. I wish they would go back to where their chicken was very very good. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes are still as good as always but somehow as I said the chicken is falling off the wagon sorry to see that happen.

We used to love our local KFC. But in the last couple years it has gone down so, so badly ? ordered in the drive thru, waited 30 minutes only to have cold fries cold, hard bun on my sandwich, the Coleslaw was dry and wilted, no ice in our drinks and didn't get a straw! Not too mention they had no carbonation and tasted really bad. I'm sad to say that this was my order at our Belvidere KFC location ?

HORRIBLE Location! Last 2 times "under new managment" I've been there it's been terrible experience first time waited 30+ min for 2 individual meals because they had no chicken. Last time ordered and got the smallest peices of chicken that were cold and got the wrong sides and sodas were flat with no ice. Avoid this location. I will not be back!

My husband paid $15 for a 3 piece big box little did we know the only big thing about it is it was a big joke! The chicken was just sad the fries were cold....... honestly the biscuit was the best part!!!!

To start off tonight; February 24th, 2024 which ever girl that was voicing the drive thru continued to cut us off while ordering AFTER it took them 5-7 minutes to answer the drive thru even though the parking lot and drive thru and lobby had no customers. She gave loads of attitude. and every other experience in the past year hasn’t been great either. I get people need work and workers but there HAS GOT TO BE BETTER STAFF THEN WHAT IT IS NOW. Previously I have gotten cold food; hard chicken, wrong orders (& nothing corrected when contacted). -5/10 do not recommend :(

After getting takeout home we found the Chicken was old, dry and greasy. Ordered biscuits and decided to use them for baseballs as they were too hard to eat. The easiest thing for them to get right was a medium Dr. Pepper but they managed to get it wrong as well totally warm.After calling to complain I was offered a replacement meal which we took. The replacement meal was better but not great. Sadly the staff didn't seem that upset that they provided a substandard mealI totally recommend staying AWAY from the Belvidere KFC

Door Dashed extra crispy, guess all they can afford is less than regular because the breading and chicken was wet enough to make a semi lose traction. Embarrassing. Will never order from here or Burger King

the fact that i never leave reviews let alone a bad one and i felt the need to tell yall how bad the food is here ? every time i come im always missing something. i got a warm pop, cold, old chicken with a rock hard bun. 4 little pieces of chicken on my bowl and i told the girl at the window i wanted a small FRY not a STARRY and it was STILL forgotten ? its just crazy to me

Went to order chicken bucket meal in drive-thru at 5:15 pm. Spent $51. Was told to wait in parking lot 15 minutes so they can cook chicken bit will give free brownie??? No chicken at 5:15???? Ended up with 5 cars waiting in lot. Then they come out with everyone's food and randomly hand bags to cars. They offered a 4 piece meal when we paid $51?!?!?! Then they had to go back for brownie we were promised as compensation for wait??? Nope, never going back to this one. Got home and chicken crushed in bucket so coating fell off. What a disappointment for $51!!!!

Went to get chicken tonight . Ordered the 8 piece family meal . 8 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, biscuits which was listed as 18.95 on their sign. Also ordered an extra mashed potato’s and a large Diet drink. 41.00!!!!!!!!! WTH???? Didn’t add up when we got to the window . The drink was Luke warm, no ice and flat and they charged 3.59??? They took off 9 bucks when we had complained that it cost 41:00.. Yeah I don’t think so. Are they charging more than advertised prices so they can pocket the money for themselves??? Never again will we be back. Something fishy going on there . Absolutely lost another customer .

Don't not and I repeat DO NOT come here expecting to leave with a "fast" food experience. If you crave kfc and this is where you planned to go, your best bet would be to drive to the next towns or uncrave it. You will be waiting.

They’ve been out of chicken the last four times I’ve visited this location. No one waits on the service counter and the temperature in the restaurant tonight is 58 degrees. These people don’t have a clue!
