The doctors are professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process of each test. The staff is genuinely nice, helpful, and good at their jobs. They offer eye exams, state-of-the-art lenses, and a variety of designer frame brands, though the selection is rather small for frames. Customers appreciate the clear answers and personal attention. The office is nice enough and customers are in and out quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle. The 3 women I interacted with were all genuinely nice, helpful, and good at their jobs. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated. I will return to this store next time I need new glasses !
