Not very good customer service. I needed to change my payment to a different card from my bank. I have rented a unit but there is no where to put a different payment. I've called many times no call back or answer. I sent many messages no messages back. I would like to pay my unit.

The best storage I have ever been at. Terrific price, clean units and would never go to any other storage again. Went to storage master and public storage and hated it. Now found the best storage.
