They kept my boyfriend’s daughters GMC Terrain for 10 months. They took a little over 3k for “parts” always gave every excuse on what was wrong and why he couldn’t pick it up. Meanwhile, the car was sitting at another mechanic with half an engine in it. The car never got fixed and he never got any money back. He ended up having to junk the car and was out 3k. Never even offered half the money or product back. Nothing but lies and excuses for 10 months. Frankie can look this up but can’t dispute. The car was under Iacullo. I’m sure he remembers.

Stopped in for an oil change and can't say enough great things about these guys. I'm embarrassed to admit this but they found a screwdriver under the hood left over from the last mechanic I took it to. ??♀️ Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable even for a rare diesel grand cherokee. Family owned and run.

Had to get my a/c diagnosed in my 2018 CRV. All the garages were booked out for a week and these guys saw me immediately. They had to order a part and still had me in and out within 2 hours. Great, Honest establishment. Excellent Service ad Pricing. Would recommend 100%.Service: A/C installation & repair

Drove in from out of town and A/C went out on a 95 degree day. Sierra's Garage had me back on the road chillin within 2 hours when other shops were booked out a week. They offered great communication, were competitively priced, and were extremely efficient.Would recommend 100%

Absolutely fantastic owner who really treats you like royalty. Honest and fair assessments. Worth taking your car here for maintenance. If the work can't be done here, recommendations will be made and the owner may even pick up the phone and call on your behalf. Highly recommend. Will be taking an older Audi here for an estimate and to hopefully repair the oil and steering fluid leak. Fair hourly fees to complete the job which is a relief in a high inflationary time when everything costs more.

They are great. Some quick fixes, repaired a junker to keep for first car and repaired mechanical on a diff. Advised of what they couldn't do upfront and suggested to take to dealership for certain things due manufacturer. Great service, advice and value. Found a reputable repair shop!

This is the only mechanic I will ever take my car to! As someone who knows nothing about cars going to the mechanic can be overwhelming because you never know if they’re going to try to screw you, not at Sierra’s tho! I always know I’m getting a good deal & the job will be done right. The staff is also really kind & professional.
