I take my dog here for years since they opened. I have never had a problem with them until the new owners came in. I took my dog in today for grooming and they were only able to groom half of her body due to her being aggressive. My dog is a very well mannered dog who has never shown signs of aggression. Very disappointed in the service I received. I would have much rather received a phone call and no grooming instead of getting my dog back half groomed. I would not recommend anyone take there pets here, as the new owners don’t care.

I love taking my fur family to snazzy pets the staff is very polite and helpful. I've learned a lot about basic care for my pets that I didn't know helps keep them healthier and also happier. It's not just about the way your fur family members look but what's good for them. But I am definitely appreciative that they always look great after. Keep it up snazzy pets!

Budz is a big boy. And these ladies were absolutely amazing with him. This was his first time there and we will definitely return. We left very happy. And the treats they sell are amazing!

Never taking my dog here again. Last time he was there he was cut badly in his paw and the groomer at the register said it happens all the time but actually no it doesn’t no. This was the first time it had happen.

I have two Australian Shepherds and a 16+ year old ShihTzu. Snazzy Pets does an Aussome job grooming and giving my puppers a great spa experience. I drive from Beloit to take my furbabies to Snazzy Pets. Where I know they will be well taken care of and look fabulous when I go pick them up.??????

Extremely nice Staff !! Did a walk-in with my two dogs to get their nails trimmed didn't have any time to get a full grooming but we're extremely nice great pricing and they got my dog's nails trimmed will definitely go back to get the full grooming for my dogs

They did a pretty good job on my cat except they didn't really trim her nails just cut the tips off and we really need them shorter as she doesn't let us cut them. Now it's a moot point as they don't groom cats anymore. The price point was very reasonable too. Good thing I found someone else from a recommendation from them.

Everyone here is SO amazing. They will treat your dog so kindly and my boy always looks great. Prices are reasonable and they offer online booking with pricing online which is awesome.

This is the only place I take my dogs to get their nails done. Both are beagle mixes, and neither like having their feet touched. Buddy pulls his feet a lot but they always do a really good job about cutting to the right length and dremmeling them smooth. Absolutely can not beat the prices either!

Very pleased with service. My teddy bear pup's first bath and cut. Excellent job! What I like best is timing. Pup was ready to go in an hour and a half unlike most other groomers that have your pup all day.
